She never let a slow housing market worry me, and was a fabulous communicator. When the interest rates dropped and my house sold, she was as thrilled as I was! Fantastic experience: Doug and Alain sold my home in Lancaster, CA. The home needed a lot of work prior to putting it on the market. Doug was an excellent communicator and project manager for this work. He had connections with local contractors for any work that came up. We ended up selling the home at market value, even though there were several other comparable properties on the market we were competing with. I highly recommend Doug as a listing agent!

Fantastic experience: I have known Renee Maddox for some time as she helped a friend. Find her dream house, I needed help selling a home in bear valley Springs. Renee takes her job very seriously and is so very helpful during the process of trying to sell your home. She was upfront and honest with me through the whole process. She helped me make decisions to get the house sold. Renee is completely professional kind friendly yet so very knowledgeable. I don’t know what else to say except for that. She is great at what she does! ♥️

Negative experience: I would not recommend working with Cassie Wrona. After only three text messages—and without even a phone call—she asked us to sign a Buyer’s Broker Compensation Agreement. This was surprising, especially since I haven’t purchased a home in California since 2019 and understood that compensation is typically handled in the listing agreement. On top of that, the home we wanted to view was already under contract. When I asked her clarifying questions—whether the agreement was exclusive to that property, whether it was an exclusive contract with her or if we could work with other agents, and how long it would remain in effect—she did not answer. Instead, she delayed for nearly 17 hours and only responded after I followed up the next morning. This was particularly frustrating because she had previously texted that she had her computer in the car and could send the contract immediately once she had our email addresses. When she finally replied, she stated the agreement was a 60-day exclusive contract with her, which would have prevented us from working with another agent. She then contradicted her own earlier text, denying that she had her computer with her despite having said the opposite the day before. This came across as dishonest and dismissive. Overall, I found her to be inattentive, evasive in answering important questions, and not communicative or transparent. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable having her represent us as buyers—or as sellers.

Fantastic experience: Christie is the best! She is very professional, hard working, realistic, found buyers, and sold my less than perfect house at the price I wanted. Christie is by far the best agent I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a great realtor! Her guidance got me the maximum amount on my home that I could get. I even had a HUD against the home which I never knew about. Long story short the City of Lancaster wanted 80k. She got them to drop it down to 60k. Michelle and her whole team fought and try to remove that all together. No stone was left unturned. Unfortunately I had to buy out the City (no fault of my own). I couldn't have asked for a better agent and team to help me sell my home. I will FORSURE come back and have her sell my other property. With the situation I was in, I couldn't be any happier with the results I ened up with.

Fantastic experience: Cameo was extremely helpful and accommodating in every aspect along the way. She was attentive and responded very quickly to all our questions and needs. She even helped get us in contact with the correct school district to enroll our kids. She is very well connected with the community making her so much more than just an agent that can help you find a house, but instead she can help you find a home that’s yours.

His professionalism and knowledge on what was needed made the sell painless. His guidance on what we needed to do to sell the house was invaluable.
