Positive experience: I had a great experience working with Carmen as my realtor! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a couple of hiccups in the property disclosure. It mentioned that Summit provided natural gas, which made me think the house ran on gas, but it actually runs fully on electricity. Plus, it said Entergy was the electricity provider, but when I went to set up my account, I found out it was actually First Electric. Aside from that, Carmen was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She helped coordinate the ADT setup for me and even provided a list of home inspectors to choose from. I really appreciated the lovely housewarming gift she gave me, too. Carmen was always there for me, never too busy to answer my questions, no matter how small. I highly recommend her; she was such a big help!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly buyer's agent, look no further. After being pressured by another agent to sign an exclusive buyer's agent agreement before discussing homes, I quickly searched for a new agent and thankfully found Carmen. She responded promptly by phone and told me what I needed to do on that Tuesday. We viewed houses and made an offer on that Wednesday. I signed an exclusive buyer's agent agreement with her along with the offer. The offer was accepted on that Thursday. Thirty days later, I had the key to my new home. Carmen is not the agent that disappears after the deal is closed. Since the previous owner left multiple cans of paint and old grills, she notified the seller's agent to have the items removed and stayed on top of it. The items were removed within a week.
