Negative experience: I waited a week and a half for a response from them asking if they wanted to go forward with the process after income verification. I had to contact them just to get a response, I wanted to know if the rental was still available or if I should move on to another since I hadn't heard anything from them, and was told I would be contacted by Tami when they came back to work the following Monday. We'll they never contacted me, it's now Wednesday and the listing I was hoping to get shows it isn't available anymore while I was browsing on apartments.com. They essentially wasted my time the entire process, despite prompt responses on my end.

Fantastic experience: Our triplex started out with Bart Gray Realty, but it was purchased by River Rock about a year into my lease. We spent 4-5 years renting from River Rock and it was the most communicative and efficient landlord I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. I wasn’t too great of a tenant with David initially, possibly because of the switchover to a new company, but I’m glad he showed me the error in my ways with his kindness, generosity and compassion! We went through a series of repairs from a new hot water heater to a new furnace needed at our apartment & David was always available to talk/help. My previous rental experience was horrible & ended with that landlord getting fired for stealing money and cutting rent deals. My final money order was stolen with that company as well. David, I pray that more great people come your way & you all keep up the great work! I will always refer anyone to River Rock Realty. Thank you a million times!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant for more than half of my adult life. I vividly remember being so scared to finally move into my first home alone. I was afraid I was going to get a bad landlord or have a horror story like so many others do, But after meeting the staff and talking with David, I felt at ease. Now 7 ish years later I have moved to different locations but absolutely refuse to leave River Rock because of the attentiveness of David and his crew. He is very promote with communication, and handles issues immediately. I have referred many to the company simply because of the truly great experience over the years. I have literally refused job offers and other opportunities because I did not want to leave RiverRock and David! Best landlord ever. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been living in my house for going on 9yrs never had a problem. If anything need to be fixed I called or email and they came right out. I love my house and my neighbor. The ladies that work in the office are sweet and nice they always return phone. Mr David is very helpful you can call him about something and he is making calls for someone to come out and fixed it . Very thankful because not all would get right on it.

He has a heart of gold and is very understanding. I personally have had issues lately and David is always there to understand and lend a helping hand. You'd be doing yourself a great disservice by not doing business with with them. Realty companies with employees who truly cares about their renters is hard to find! Negative experience: I second the comment about the lack of communication. On 7/6 I was told portable a/c units would be installed. I get home and 2 boxed portable a/c units have been left in the middle of my living room. Not wanting to be responsible for the company's a/c unit I left it alone and let them know I was waiting for it to be installed. It wasn't until the following day that someone finally got back with me and let me know that they expected me to put the a/c units together. When I refused they assured me it was really simple. If it's so simple why couldn't the people you paid to install it follow through on their task. Unbelievable. I had to treat Madison like a child. Calling twice a day to get updates on when my a/c is working. Great first impressions as a new tenant...

I spoke with The owner, Joel, on the phone and he i courage’s me to come it and sit down to evaluate my needs... no other realtors I had called offered me to do so!!! The building is amazingly decorated and I knew could feel the high level of professionalism right away... there is an entire team, not some part-time realty company. River Rock took care of me by watching out for MY best interests, even if it cost them money or meant extra time spent, they out in the work. I can’t recommend them enough, call them or stop by their office, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Working with Joel Tvedten exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Joel was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit. He even recommended a lending agent and an inspector. On top of that, he knew everything about the Little Rock. While viewing houses, he was able to tell me about each neighborhood, and he knew most of the neighbors. He recommended restaurants, parks, bars, and other fun things to do. He was even nice enough to drive me to the local dog parks and walk the Big Dam Bridge with me. Joel was willing to meet or take calls on the weekend since I was on a tight timeframe. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was new to the area. I highly recommend Joel! You will not find a realtor that knows Little Rock better.
