3 months ago Fantastic experience: Deciding to move after being in one location for 33 years is really hard. Once we decided to make the plunge and move and then move out of state, the easy part was with Troy and his Team! They handled everything from start to finish with the utmost respect and professionalism. 10 months ago Fantastic experience: Troy did an amazing job managing an inexperienced buyers agent and extremely difficult buyers. Always communicated concerns and managed things well. Worked with contractors doing repairs to make sure they were completed well and at a reasonable price. We even changed the closing date to be a day earlier to try and accommodate the buyers but were met with complaints and obscenities when we were still cleaning things out hours before the new closing date. So much for trying to be “neighborly” with people who are never satisfied. Highly recommend Troy!! You will not regret it!!!

10 months ago Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would, he was extremely unprofessional and rude to my Realtor . His client left the house a pigsty and he was helping his client Ben were throwing stuff into the driveway after we requested all personal items be removed as we were closing in less than an hour on the home on 128th pl in Thornton Colorado . He was extremely unconcerned about our situation and the contract that was signed by his client . I hope no one deals with him ever again ! I’ll give you my realtors info she was absolutely the best ! Troy can call me or message me if he doesn’t want this situation to go further south !! You know how to reach me !

Regarding the concerns you raised, I understand that emotions can run high during a stressful transaction, particularly close to closing. That said, I take these accusations seriously and would never intentionally act in a way that is unprofessional or disrespectful to anyone involved in a real estate transaction. I do acknowledge that the final walkthrough and moving process can sometimes be challenging, especially when timelines are tight, but our goal is always to work in good faith toward a smooth closing for all parties. The items that were being put next to the driveway were being placed there to make it quick and easy for the junk removal company to load in their truck which hopefully you witnessed while you were there.

We first were looking at a cash offer in order to have a quick sale and get moved, when we reached out to Troy. Troy stopped by my house and broke down the numbers for me on a cash sale versus us listing the home. The cost difference was very significant in us listing the house. Throughout the process Troy and his team were awesome. We needed a new interior house paint which they helped coordinate. We also need some other work done around the house which Troy and his team took care of in coordinating. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: We were so pleased by our first experience with Troy and his team, that we came back to them again for help selling another property after my father passed away. I was a little worried as I knew this one would be a bit challenging due to the layout of the home, age, condition, etc. Plus it being a difficult time for our family in general. But they all brought their "A" game! They knew the market and the trends on what people were looking for so we could best decide what to emphasize in the home. They were also very helpful in being able to recommend services from people they trusted if we were in need (ie. Then he found me the perfect townhome to move into. After my move, he helped me with contractors, repair men, handyman, etc. for any work needed on my new home, through his vast connections.
