Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Elise Fay! My husband and I recently purchased our first home and there is no one else that we would have rather had as our realtor for this process. Elise was extremely communicative, thorough, reliable, honest, and an excellent negotiator. Fantastic experience: Elise sold our home and was our purchasing agent for our new home over winter 2021/2022. Fantastic experience: Smart, personal and organized! We used Elise first for purchasing a house and later for purchasing a condo. We had such great success with the house that we didn’t hesitate to use her again for helping us purchase the condo. The decision to purchase the house and then the decision later to purchase the condo were both very fast decisions. We needed to jump on the purchases right away. She immediately got into action and did not waste any time. She was super organized about the process. I don’t think either of these purchases would have happened with just any old real estate agent. She knows the markets, the process, listens to her clients and then promptly acts. When we bought the house, we really didn’t know the neighborhood. She helped us locate gardeners, a handyman, painters, etc. The bonus is she’s really nice as well. She acts as if your house is going to be her house so is looking for the best fit and buy. I was selling an AZ home that I just bought and she went to check out the market in a 55+ community to help me get an idea of what I could sell the house for. I was competing with new homes and the builder Lennar was giving away incentives to new buyers. Her research paid off and we came up with a selling price. She offered feedback throughout the sale and I could text her for immediate responses. I was hospitalized during this process and she went above and beyond to work with my Power of Attorney to get the necessary documents signed and work with escrow as well in my absense. Once released from the hospital, I was able to do more to work with my team. She also referred a moving company to me so I could get the contents of my home back to CA and coordinated the packing as well. She followed through on all necessary steps, and was very detailed-oriented. We (the team) problem-solved as we came across a couple of obstacles in the process. Her professionalism was excellent and helped me get through everything while being hospitalized and then recovering. She truly went above and beyond for me and the sale of my home!! Fantastic experience: We didn’t think that it would be very easy (maybe not possible at all) to buy a house in this market. We wanted to find a real estate agent that was a seasoned negotiator and Elise was recommended to us. Elise made it possible for us to find a house that fit all of our criteria! We did get outbid on the first house we found and it helped my husband and I understand how the buyers have to make decisions very quickly. She was diligent about going out to see houses as soon as they were listed so they were not lost to the fast buying process. Fantastic experience: What can I say about Elise over the past about 6 months of working with her. She helped us with sale of our home which was an odd house in an odd neighborhood so it took some time to sell. Elise stuck with me and my saintly patience (sarcastic) the entire time and got the deal closed. For home buying she has been there with us the entire time as well. We've look at well I've 40 homes and had 3 deals fall out from under us due to appraisal issues but she takes all of it in stride and keeps getting the streets with us to see more. Elise totally understands the frustration and is always helpful, but she also has the New York side which is great for you as a buyer. Any time sellers try to play games she straightens them out pretty quickly. We are Midway through the 4th escrow right now and fingers crossed we'll close and she can finally get paid for dealing with us. She probably won't want to hear this but, there is no way I would use anyone other than Elise in the valley.
