Negative experience: Seller beware! They may not be working just for you. Stone & Story tried to low ball my 86 year old mother. When she moved into a independent living apartment and needed to sell her house. S&S came in with an investor's low ball bid and a lot of pressure to sign now! We went with another company/agent and walked away with $30,000 more then S&S initial, high pressure offer. Sham & Shame would be more appropriate in my opinion.

Negative experience: Darin, Brian and Lance are kind, full of smiles and very friendly and seem trustworthy. When I hired them to sell my mothers home the four plus acreage that surrounded the house didn't seem to be included, yet it was in a highly sought after part of the area that no long had available land. The house needed some TLC but for the major parts - it was solid built, it was more cosmetic, however, it was priced accordingly. Lance was the only realtor to show the house and it turned out he didn't show it as my realtor, he flipped and became the buyers realtor, asked for my personal appraisal that I had done on the house before I hired their company and before he told me he had become a buyers agent and quit being my realtor. I was grieving, never sold a house before, had looked to them for guidance and felt betrayed. The house sold for $63,000 less than asking price and $100,000 less than county appraisal! I will never do business with Lance Royer again.
