There simply aren't enough adjectives to describe the amazing customer experience I had working with Shannon and Nick Koch, and Caity, their administrator, to buy a home in Topeka. I started looking online in September. Shannon was the first agent to call, and we just "clicked". I needed a home within specific high school and middle school boundaries at a price I could afford. I set up my profile on their website and let their search engine and report functions guide me and the Koch team to the perfect property. A new listing popped up October 22nd - Shannon and I walked through October 23rd at 10 am and at 10 am November 1st, I closed! Nine days - start to finish! Administrative details and electronic signatures were efficiently handled by Caity. Unfortunately, Shannon was unable to attend the closing, but Nick, Caity, and trusted sidekick, Django stepped in to fill the void.
