Negative experience: Pretty terrible experience. Application process was more of a chore than previous 5 applications we completed. We were approved for all previous 5 applications and 2 of them were even more expensive rent wise. But we got approved for all of them no issue. However with this property getting our application submitted to the Owner renting was seemed difficult. Asking questions that we already filled out on the application. Then last second asking more questions then denying our application. Reason for denial did not make sense as we met financial criteria for the unit and were even able to add on another cosigner. But only communication we received was that we were denied and nothing we could do about it. At least it seems other people have actually been assisted. But this office refused to even return our voicemails/emails requesting documentation our information was sent in or denied Or at the very least discuss the issue with our application. Either they are running a scam on this unit or the owner is. Property is 7108 W Friendly Ave. Would highly avoid applying to this property as even if you meet financial criteria they or the owner will find a reason to deny you. Only time I have ever had to dispute a charge regarding an application fee.

Fantastic experience: Shannon, Jamey, and Mary make a great team and will help you through the entire process. Despite having the contingency of selling a previous home Shannon helped me select a home, and put together a solid offer that was accepted. When that home went under contract, the entire bruins team jumped into action to move the closing of the new house forward. They answered questions, kept me informed of what was happening, and calmed me down when I got nervous. They also were able to refer me to several people to get all of the services required throughout the process. Shannon and the Bruins realty team made a long distance move (Florida to North Carolina) a smooth transition. There just aren’t words to express how thankful I am!

Negative experience: I don't know how this company has 5 stars. Me and my husband tried to rent a house from them but it is impossible to reach them out. I called and left message several times but they never called back. I emailed them several times and noone reached me back either. If a company is that reckless even in renting process, I don't even want to imagine how they act if we need maintanence etc. No application process in my life took over 6 days without any communication. We already applied but even if they approve, we're not gonna move. Not trustworthy at all.
