Fantastic experience: I contacted Debonis Team Reality out of the blue for some information and real estate help. Stephanie called me back so fast I didn’t realize who was calling me and didn’t answer. She texted me which I’m so thankful for. She was able to see me within 30 minutes of our texting. Great responsiveness. I’m there to talk about getting an estimate on my property. Not sure if I should sell or refinance. The loan on my place is coming due soon and I’m having trouble with the people I have the loan with. Not only did Stephanie give me a market analysis on my property but they did not pressure me to sell. Instead they gave me two mortgage brokers names to do a refinance with. All this for free ( their time ) and told me they can do some research for me and for me to call them anytime I have a question . Justin who is one of their lenders ran our credit and at the time and it wasn't were it needed to be. They recommended us to a credit repair specialist who did wonders with our credit. During this time, which was about a year and a half, we worked closely with Patrick. He is such an amazing guy who had patience with us during this stressful time. Needless to say we are now proud owners of a new home!
