Fantastic experience: As I reflect back on our home buying experience I’m so thankful for Chris and his team of trusted professionals. House Hunt/Offer: We found the house of our dreams that had everything on our list and the stakes were high. There was LOTS of interest and we needed to come in strong and on top to have our offer accepted. Chris listened to our situation, discussed the market, looked at homes that sold in the area, and helped us strategize to put in a strong offer. Multiple offers came in and I became anxious we could loose but Chris remained calm and patient. Again, he helped us strategize on our next move. He negotiated hard and helped us land the home of our dreams. If not for Chris Leeper I know we would have lost our home to another Buyer. Home Inspections/Financing: Offer accepted and then the “real work” begins. I work long hours, travel often, and have young children and a husband... so my time is very limited. To make matters more complicated, our family was planning a move from Oregon to California. I didn’t have time to call and interview home inspectors, roofers, electricians, and termite companies to access our home. I wanted the best interest rate but didn’t have time to “shop around”.
