She took charge, pulled comps before our first meeting and showed up with a reasonable gameplan and a timeline that I agreed with. I never thought buying a house would be as fun as it was but she made the process enjoyable by taking all the stress off our hands and handling everything for us. There was never a time where I felt like I wasn’t sure what was going on or nervous as she was always providing updates and walked us through the entire process step by step. However even tho she kept me in line she was very easy going and fun to work with. She went way more than above and beyond. Not sure if there is a word for it but thats the best i can describe it. 10/10 highly recommended. I would never use another realtor after this experience. Was always available and honestly i dont deserve the effort and time she gave.

Negative experience: Bought a lemon from Tucker 20 years ago. It was my first home and I didn't know the right questions to ask and what to look out for. Our agent Connie hired a shady home inspector that told us not to scope the drain and that particle board soffit was okay etc etc.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve had in over 45 years. The agent Terry Jerry would not return phone calls would not return. Emails did not communicate through the listing process. Her voicemail was full sometimes which makes me wonder how many opportunities we missed has refused to cancel the listing, I’m having to file a complaint with the real estate board

Negative experience: Dont leet them steal your money.They will lie and rip you off ever chance they get. No joke!! They bought it sight unseen. There was property from the original owners still there and nails and holes in the walls. Now there claiming my deposit money saying it smells like smoke. The previous owner smoke in there for 30years. And when I went to see the first time they had the windows open to mask the smell I'm being charged for. I have the original owners friends as witnesses.

Negative experience: We applied to rent a p home from this company just to be turned down. We went Out In bad weather to get the items we were told would be accepted as proof of what would work for application process . We weren’t told that the owner Of the home wanted bank statements. So when I got call stating we were denied the home I asked questions and we were r called by the individual who originally showed us the house but by someone else . When he said we did t turn in what was needed I asked what was needed and it was another set of stuff we weren’t told we needed . So I explained to the gentleman who called what we were told and he said the ow er requested those items . So this was a scam to get a $60 fee for a background check from us from this company and I do not recommend. Nobody can get u the correct info on items u need to rent from them . We been 5 years where we r and didn’t need all that they claim the owner needed as supposedly the owner was talked to about everything and was Ok with it in the beginning. Just a way to make money is the fee and then turn you down .

Fantastic experience: My agent was Sheila Smith. Sheila went beyond her scope of duties to make sure I was confident every step of the way. I purchased my house from out of town. Sheila worked with my sister in the early stages, but kept me informed, via telephone, at every stage of the sale. I could not ask for a more friendly and informed agent. I felt Sheila had my best interest the entire purchase of my new home.

Negative experience: What a rip-off. When I moved into a rental home at 7777 alanton park in Newburgh, it was not "move in ready" clean, the appliances were old and dirty, overgrown landscaping and vinyl flooring was stained. Upon leaving I did a cleaning of the property. I will admit it was not a professional deep clean and there were some boxes I left in the garage but I could not take them out for trash pick-up because I had to turn in the keys to the rental manager. Tucker kept my 100% of my deposit and is charging me an additional $36. Here's my issue. The property now has all new appliances. A ton of landscaping work done AND new flooring! They kept my deposit to make improvements while they told me they used the money to clean carpets and make other repairs. I find this unethical in their business practices and used my deposit for their gains. I cannot recommend

Once we had an offer, Vaneta made sure that progress toward closing was steady. She demonstrated that she cared about the transaction -- even to the point of cleaning up tracked in dirt! She was friendly and helpful and thus made the sale pleasant and successful.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Keith is a fantastic realtor and human. He and his team went above and beyond for the sale of my home. I live out of state and they made the process easy with great communication. I really appreciated all of the extra efforts and would highly recommend to all.

Negative experience: My wife and I rented from this slumlord of a company for almost two full years and was never late on rent. For starters when we moved in the house was no where near the shape it was in depicted in the pictures online. The house had dead bugs all over, it was left very very dirty, and the yard was very over grown. When we called about the discrepancies they never addressed them like they said they would, long story short we had to do it ourselves. When we moved out my wife and I go above and beyond cleaning the houses that we move out of, and this house wasn’t any different. On the day it was inspected, the inspector said the house looked great and look far better than what we received two year ago. When we FINALLY got our deposit back after numerous phone calls to the office they had charges us over $600 for some bogus ozone treatment and carpet cleaning on top of the cleaning we had gotten done before moving out. When my wife called about it they had said the smell of the house was unbearable and they had to do it for someone to lease the property. After reading other reviews on social media and other websites apparently this is something that happens quite often with this company and we are not the first victims of what seems very shady. I will say two thing I highly recommend not going through this company for rentals or buying/selling your home they will try to take you for your money. Lastly I will be seeking legal help in this manner because I feel like I was robbed of $600 and taken advantage of as a active duty military member!
