Fantastic experience: I closed on my condo in October, but better late than never! As a first time home buyer, it was so important to have a great realtor on my side! AmyJo was that person for me. Fantastic experience: Sandra Ranck and her team have sold two houses for us, each in a very different real estate markets.  Both experiences were exceptional. Most recently, Sandra assisted us in selling our family home where we lived for 29 years.  We loved this home and it was filled with so many important memories. This is an emotional process and Sandra was very sensitive to our bittersweet feelings about selling this property. Sandra helped us present our home in a way that potential buyers could envision making it their own which increased marketability. We first involved Sandra about one year prior to when we wanted to sell.  She came to our house and recommended projects that she felt would be beneficial to our sale while paying special attention to the cost/benefit tradeoff of home improvements before sale.  She recommended we gain the opinion of  an interior designer at Designs of the Interior to ensure our selections were broadly appealing.  Designs of the Interior was also an amazing asset in this process.  We spent the next several months completing those projects (new carpet, paint) and believe all these suggestions added value to our sale. About 3 months prior to listing, Sandra had her incredible staging team, Julie and Trish, come to our home for an evaluation.  After selecting which furniture and accessories we should keep in the house for showings, they then supplemented our furniture with selections from their vast staging warehouse.  They did a wonderful job! They spent many days giving the house a personality that would have broad appeal.  They further recommended that many of our rooms be emptied and virtually staged to allow buyers to envision their own style in the space.  I am now a huge believer in staging as a critical tool for sale. Sandra’s marketing is exceptional – she invests in her listings through high end photography and printed materials.  All the costs these staging, photography and marketing services are paid for by Sandra and are not billed to the seller. I am certain that the staging and marketing allowed us to achieve a higher selling price than if we had not had these wonderful services. Sandra also was very careful in setting a price for our home.  We understood that the right list price was important.  Sandra spent countless hours doing research and carefully explained her rationale to us.  Her pricing proved to be “spot on” as confirmed by the many agents who showed the house and the offers we received. When we listed our house, we received multiple offers within a few days. The paperwork and closing was masterfully handled by Erin. Wonderful people bought the house who we believe will love the house as much as we did.  It was an A+ experience.
