Negative experience: Zero stars. They took my building over in May (I've lived here 8 years and had at least 4 ownership changes), and in only 2 and a half months, they've managed to ignore a leak for almost two weeks, let the whole building's electricity be out for almost a full day in the middle of June, they haven't fixed a hole in my ceiling for over two months (wet drywall, mold, all from the leak issue), and yesterday (almost 40 hours) the water got cut off, and 11 apartments have been without water for two days now. Glad you sent cleaners to clean the foyer and halls, though, that's awesome. Maybe do the actual things that people need to survive, or something. Maybe also answer the phone or respond to maintenance requests before 10 days have passed. I have never had worse customer service in 30 years of renting, and I've rented from All-Trade.

Fantastic experience: My transaction was so smooth and stress-free. I worked with Breanna on the sale of my home, she shared her expertise and experience in today's market. I trusted her decision and listed the house at what she suggested. Within one afternoon I had an offer that was quite a bit higher than the list price and absolutely perfect. After that I really didn't have to do anything. Scheduled closing with Audrea (who is on Breanna's team) who had been in constant communication with me throughout the process filling me in on important information. Fantastic experience: I met Mike Boyea about a year and a half ago. I wanted to sell, but my home needed repairs and updating. Mike gave me suggestions on things that I could do to get it ready for the market. In September I began working with Mike and his team. They were able to complete the work that needed to be finished within the next couple of months. By the end of November my home was on the market! I accepted an offer in January and closed in February, for the asking price. Of course it wasn't all without road bumps.There were unforseen things that came up during the process, like a cracked water pipe and boiler repairs. But Mike's calm demeanor definitely helped lower the stress level! And Mike's team worked with me to complete the FHA requirements as well. Mike, Breanna, Noah and the rest of the team helped me get through the entire process from day one. They were easy to work with, flexible, available 24/7 for any problems or questions, just overall great people. I definitely recommend Mike Boyea and his team for anybody looking to buy or sell!

Fantastic experience: The Platinum Realty Group WI is very professional! Mike and Derek gave us excellent advice on how to improve and prepare our home before selling, which resulted in a full offer on the first day it was on the market! This year we went online first and found that Platinum had great reviews. We let them know what happen in our first attempt and they were great from the start to finish guiding us to a house we love. She has gone above and beyond to find the property that met my needs and budget, and has assisted me with the entire purchasing process. From the initial viewing, to making an offer, to inspections, financing and so on she was there to answer any questions, arrange appointments if needed, and in some cases was there to represent me when it was too early in the day for me to be up (I work second shift).
