From the beginning, he made the best suggestions during the marketing of our dear home. For comfort and transparency, he explained the process, step-by-step holding our hand through it all. Adalberto made the the best recommendations towards decision making that would allow the best offer during negotiations. Furthermore, became a kind "ethical mediator" through disagreements for all selling parties enabling comfort and equality for all. He was fast in answering questions I had during the whole process and also helped me price the house at the current market value which helped me sell the house quickly. Adalberto also helped me remove lights from the house that needed to be removed due to the new homeowner not wanting them (My job requires me to travel and could not be there to remove lights). His professionalism and strategic approach made all the difference in the sell of my home.
