Positive experience: I’m changing my review only because after communicating with Elsie, she explained what had happened which actually put me at ease. It was her and another young lady that works there but NOT the manager! The manager was very rude and NOT at all understanding or caring and actually made threats of suing me for expressing my experience there. I am only revising my post because of Elsie and the other young lady. Thank you both for reaching out and actually caring. I hate that I must take my business elsewhere. I am also a real estate investor and developer and will need an agent to assist in buying homes and in selling the ones I am to build. But I pray prosperity and success for you both.

Negative experience: He estado varios años con Monica y siempre he tenido muy buena experiencia pero este año cancelaron mi cita el mismo día y la segunda vez que fui no respetaron mi cita, estuve más de una hora esperando que atendieran a los que llegaban sin cita. Creo que deben de respetar más el tiempo de sus clientes.

Fantastic experience: Sandra Alcantar helped us sell our home and was great . She really helped us through the entire process, and we got a great offer. Last year she helped a family member find the perfect home, and that's why we chose her. She really listens and trys understand your needs so your not just going through every house available, but actually try's to find the one for you. ( Our family member had previously worked with a different agent at a different firm , and they just showed us every house in the area, trying to get us to buy just anything. ) I highly recommend her as a listing or buying agent.
