Moving to Michigan from another state, I am so glad I had MARIO on my side to help me find the perfect home! MARIO offered to check out condos for me and video chat the walk through when I couldn't travel to Michigan, and worked around my schedule when I was able to come and do remote closing. Mario would be very honest during the walk through and point out things like if the carpet or sliding doors were old and needed to be changed and the possible cost of changing them, if there was a smell in the condo, if the floors would creak as He walked through the condo , etc. So even when it was a video tour, I felt like I got a good picture of how the condo was. Long Version: Open communication, honest answers to all questions. High level of integrity, knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. Want to see a house? You'll get a response and and a scheduled showing in a snap. Want to make an offer? He is on it, communicates with the seller's realtor, walks you through a reasonable offer, what it should entail, sends everything to you and once signed, it's off to the seller. No missed opportunity when you work with Mario. Most of all, Mario is just a good person. Through and through. He works for you - and I don't mean it in the sense of yes he works for you - he goes to bat for his clients, goes above and beyond. He is passionate about his profession. So many good things! As a first time home buyer he made me feel confident, comfortable, and worked to assuage any fears I had. I would be remiss if I did not mention his phenomenal assistant Amanda. She is incredibly organized, detail oriented, and is on top of everything and anything you may require (or your mortgage company, or your title company, etc.).
