Fantastic experience: Lisa Harris was awesome to work with throughout the process of finding and purchasing my first home. She was always easy to reach and available to chat, and offered invaluable advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured; overall, she made the process feel significantly less daunting. We looked at several homes before I found the right home. Would absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: I have every correspondence and documentation to back this up (which I am happy to share, along with a recommendation for a few great realtors)... I have been a resident renting my home for over 10 years and have been a reliable, consistent tenant throughout this time. While I have enjoyed the location, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of property maintenance and modernization. ​Over the past decade, there have been no updates to the home, and many of my repair requests—specifically regarding critical electrical safety issues—have gone ignored. For example, the electrical system is significantly outdated, with only two three-prong outlets in the entire house, which makes it impossible to safely run modern appliances. Despite paying rent consistently for a decade, I am now being asked by Steve Jenkins to accept rent increases without any commitment to basic improvements like a functioning dishwasher or a modern refrigerator (currently NO dishwasher in 2026, no garbage disposal, major electrial issues, and an apartment sized refrigeratorat best). ​It is disheartening to see the lack of investment in a home that has been so well-cared for by a long-term tenant. I would hope that the management would prioritize the safety, habitability, and basic functionality of their properties, especially for those who have supported them for so long.

Negative experience: BILL MINOR IS EXTREMELY PREJUDICED AND IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A REALTOR DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PLACE

Negative experience: Tried to reach John the head broker to report illegal and unethical behavior by one of this realtors and he ignored our calls and emails and had someone call us that only defended the realtors bad behavior and deflected any responsibility and accountability. I would never recommend this group because of the dishonesty and unethical behavior by everyone we spoke to. They continually told us he was in meetings to keep us from reaching him and then sent someone who had no ability to remedy the situation.

Negative experience: Bought a house from a seller represented by an agent of this company (Camille Edwards) and was told they'd remove a bunch of junk left at the property. Well, they took about half of it before closing, then when we actually closed (we were on a tight schedule to close at the SELLER'S request), they figured it wasn't their problem anymore and ceased all communication! Now I'm stuck with a bunch of junk to dispose of, despite being told they'd take everything away. Absolutely unprofessional way to go about things. Guess I should have forcefully delayed closing until the junk was collected, but screw me for being nice for working with the seller's desire to close early, I guess! What a scummy practice! I recommend dragging your feet to ensure your demands are met and not be courteous to sellers represented by this agency.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were referred to Carol L. In the Utica office while we were looking to start the process of purchasing our first home. I am very thankful that we took the recommendation, as Carol is the best of the best in her field! We felt so confident, in such a scary process and market, on our purchase. Everything from introductory calls all the way to closing felt so smooth because of her. Carol is so easy to communicate with, honest, prompt and friendly. She found us our home before it had even been officially listed, which in the competitive market we are in, is huge! We can not recommend her and her associate Tricia highly enough! Tricia was always available, should we want to get in to look at a house when Carol may have not been available.

Fantastic experience: Lesley was immensly patient with me and the process, always carrying uplifting vibe. As English is my secondary language, there was some barrier with communication so texting was more convenient. Also I work night shift, so there was a limited window of time for information exchange and meet up as I tended to sleep during the day. On top all of that, this was my first time purchasing a home/condomedium. My boyfriend was born and raised here,but he was just as clueless as I was. So the anxiety bar was quite high. However, Lesley was phenomenal at explaining everything in simple terms, setting up date and time so we could see as many places as possible. She also worked closely with the mortgage staff to make sure everything smooth sailing. I like how Lesley provided information and advice to assist us with making decision without us feeling being pressurized. I never felt rushed either. Everything was upfront and I liked it. 10/10 if I could modify the star.

Fantastic experience: Bill Minor did an awesome job with my rental sale. He sold my house to a company that allowed my tenants to remain in house and they have a 5 year fixed price locked in to purchase when their credit improves. It is a win/win situation for me and my loyal tenants who wanted to purchase but lacked a high enough credit score. Bill kept the process moving and overall I think he did a fabulous job!

Negative experience: I went to the location to pick up the key for my new purchase. No where in writing did it state I would have to wait to receive my key. Both companies have my personal information, a lady name Jessica Gross was very rude and stated you will just have to wait. After signing I waited over 5 hours to get the key for my new home. Nothing about being a first time home buyer was exciting, while dealing with this company!! She stated she would call me once she received the notification about the wire payment. All documents were signed around 12PM. The experience with this company and title connect should have been seamless. Carol Lukity was the realtor Jessica Gross apart of the staff
