Fantastic experience: Daniel Moore was my realtor and from beginning to end he was considerate, patient, friendly, helpful and dedicated. He assisted in helping me find a lender. Then the process began. Everyday I woke up to houses he thought would peek my interest and every house I wanted to see near or far, we went and viewed. He went to the houses ahead of me and if felt that I would not like that home, he would call me with another house to view. I had a very extensive check list, from it being a brick home w/gold accents, marble tile, no carpet, remote controlled fans, all the way down to a corner lot with a fence. I had only 90 days to find and close on an home. After just a couple of months, I found my 1st home and I am forever grateful. If you ever have a chance to work with him, please give him a try. The entire experience was a 100/10.

I had to see the properties late on most days but she helped to facilitate with out any problems. If it was she did not let on to me. I got a little discouraged at times because market in Mobile is crazy and Lawencia did not make me rush to a decision just to make a sale.
