Fantastic experience: I was a "fangirl" from day 1 when we saw Lisa Harris on the local realty morning show saying "Call me"....... we did! When we first connected, it was during football playoffs and we were just inquiring, not quite ready. She totally understood since her household was also a football home lol. We were pleasantly surprised that she remembered us 7 months later when we called again! We met with her and we had many questions and were feeling really unsure if we'd be able to make something happen with our financial story. She made us feel at ease and confident, as she reassured us that she would find us the perfect home. We saw many homes and made a couple of offers that didn't pan out, Lisa would not let us feel defeated and was always so positive and optimistic that we would find the right one. She was very patient with us and always available to answer the many questions we had throughout the process. The amount of work she did getting the homes to view, getting property values in the area, plowing through all the closing paperwork was amazing. She earned every bit of her commission. We sold our prior home via private sale and we were well aware of the paperwork (legal and governmental) nightmare of getting the sale through. We hired Lisa to find the home and get us through the paperwork quagmire, and she did the leg work and got us through the paperwork with aplomb. Fantastic experience: Lisa did awesome, she helped my dad sell his home, that he and my mom owned together, for 8 years in Amarillo, TX. The reason for the sale was the unexpected passing of my mom in December 2023. My dad was not expecting this outcome and was very sad after her passing and still misses her. Lisa was very kind with helping my dad during the whole process. She explained everything in a way that really helped my dad. She also included my brother and I in the whole process as well. We were all scattered but with the help of technology and Lisa guiding us, we were all able to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion. This has been a hard time for our whole family, but we know my mom is having a great time in heaven with all of her family and friends who have passed before her. We are excited that we will see her again in heaven with the Lord. Life is short, live it well, we are only here for a short time. Blessings from our family to Lisa and her entire team!!

When we decided to rent for a bit and build, she helped us through that process and even played middle man between us and a stubborn builder. Negative experience: I'd like to award no stars but it won't let me. Most horrible experience I've ever had trying to buy a house is one she had listed. We were the first to look and make an offer on the house, the sellers countered and we agreed. They signed the papers but before we could get the papers signed she convinced the sellers to back out and go for more money. She obviously doesn't stick to an agreement and is completely unethical and has zero integrity. We were so excited to finally find the home we had been looking for and just like that, she ripped that away from us. I hope this review helps you, as much as I like to build people up and commend them for what they do, I cannot do that in this case. She is a snake in the grass! I would recommend you NEVER use this realtor or company for that matter for any transaction.
