Negative experience: Whoever drives the Ford pick up is a terrible driver, all over the road, speeding and zero regard for safety of others. Not a very good representation of the business. How dumb... Your vehicle is wrapped with your company plastered all over.

Fantastic experience: I needed to sell my house as is. In Brookside you get at least an offer a week to buy your house. I was reviewing my options and I received a postcard from House Fox, I do not know why but I called them out of many buyer contacts. Best decision I ever made. Delane came the next day and made an offer which I thought was fair and I took it. Delane took care of everything. It was a breeze. He even worked with me on special issues. We closed very quickly. Positive experience: House Fox purchased two houses from me summer of 2021, both houses were in questionable condition, one with a pair of squatters I had not been able to remove for two years. The guys were so professional, and fast, I couldn’t believe how quickly they guided me through my sale! Honestly, I expected them to underpay, but they were absolutely fair, to my surprise. Very laid back, you wouldn’t know they were seasoned experts with real estate, always the right answers at the right time. We closed on both sales fast, I was paid with no glitches! They’re just the best, hands down!
