Fantastic experience: This is a second review for Mark, because of a second transaction with him. That in itself says a lot, I think. I bought a house with Mark in January and after some remodeling and moving I sold my old house with him in June/July. With Mark’s expert advice and team my house sold for well above what I thought it would and we accepted an offer for over asking within 24 hours of listing. The buyer asked for some repairs after inspection and Mark was incredibly helpful suggesting and arranging contractors to help with the work. I truly cannot say enough good things about working with him. I was stressed, and he was incredible at helping out and getting us across the finish line!!!

He set up a very comprehensive MLS listing report for us to ensure we had visibility to all homes in our desired area. During the purchase process, he was always available to answer questions, meet for showings, pull comps - whatever we needed. He saved us money on the first house, which we ended up selling due to family changes. He was diligent setting up open houses and did an awesome video for the sale.
