From the first conversation, she was extremely thorough, asking questions about things we had never really considered, and making sure that she really got to the heart of what we were looking for. She will provide a great web portal where you provide input on properties, and she follows up to make sure that she knows what you like. Lilli took the time to schedule and show us every home that we wanted to see. She made sure that we saw every one for ourselves, that we could see places 2 or 3 times if needed, and that we never felt like we were putting her out by seeing another property. Within about 3 days, we settled on a place. Lilli provided all appropriate research, consulted and advised us, kept us fully informed throughout the negotiation. She completed all electronic paperwork, and she managed the entire process for us, keeping things moving on schedule and handling so many details on our behalf. We just closed on the property, couldn’t be happier with Lilli or with our purchase. We hope to use her services again someday, but til then, we’re telling all of our best friends that are looking to buy or sell in the Hollywood/Dania Beach area to call Lilli!

Fantastic experience: Working with Lilli was an absolute pleasure! She asked all the right questions, offered valued suggestions and had OUR interests in mind. Fantastic experience: Lilli was awesome! We were looking to purchase a home from CA, and thanks to Lilli's organization, we were able to do so in our short timeframe (less than 1 month). Lilli would send us new home listings through her portal, and we would rank homes we were interested in. When we had enough homes we were interested in seeing, Lilli would schedule appointments over a weekend. It took two weekends of seeing 10+ homes each weekend, but we finally found a home we love! This would not have been possible without Lilli and her relationships with other realtors as this whirlwind took place during the COVID shelter-in-place with many restrictions and hurdles. Buying a home is difficult enough but buying a home while living outside the country is an entirely different story. I basically chose Lilli from the Internet because of her good reviews and just hoped for the best. Seven months and many homes later, we have finally closed on buying our Weston home and Lilli has been there with us the whole way. I can honestly say that she is the best real estate agent I have ever had. There were times when I couldn't go see a property I was interested in and she took the time to go and video record it and load it onto youtube for me. If I could hire Lilli to work for me, I would in a heartbeat. She is that competent. Basically, if you like people returning your emails within a few minutes or answering your phone calls every time then you won't regret hiring Lilli. We live in the Northeast and my husband travels to Ft. Lauderdale every month on business and I occasionally accompany him.
