Negative experience: BE AWARE OF NON TRANSPARENT AGENTS FROM THIS OFFICE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF OF YOU “COMMISSIONS”. THEY MAKE IT SEEM YOU ARE SAFE WITH THEM. THEY SAY THEY ARE “EXPERTS” AT MAKING OFFERS WHEN IN REALITY MULTIPLE OFFERS DON’T GET CONSIDERED. THEY CAN BE PUSHY WHEN YOU GO TO THE SHOWINGS. IF YOU DECIDE TO BACK OUT OF A CONTRACT WITHIN THEY OPTION PERIOD YOU WILL STILL PAY THEM THEIR CUT. AFTER THAT THEY WILL TERMINATE YOU AND MAKE YOU SIGN A TERMINATION CONTRACT CHARGING YOU “FEES”. THE MARKET IS SO DIFFICULT RIGHT NOW THEY WILL MAKE SURE THEY GET YOUR MONEY SOMEHOW. “ SAVAGES” GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Negative experience: I am usually not one to make a comment or even at that a negative comment ,but this was a pretty bad experience for me. The fact that we got put off the house not once but TWICE. The first time we were scheduled to view the house and the very next morning of viewing the house Kimberly Stephens canceled the very day without even hearing our offer if she had already accepted an offer why schedule us to view the house to then cancel the very next day morning of. Then the house was put back on the market and once again this time we did get to see the house we loved it and we even wrote up and offer and signed and she decided to wait 2 days to even acknowledge it and that was only because we were very consistent in following up with her calling her and leaving her voicemails and text messages. Regardless I think she is very UNPROFESSIONAL because you can at least acknowledge something or reply to a text message everyone has there phone there is no excuses. She put a sour taste in my mouth since the very beginning. It almost feels as if she was only being in favor of one side and was being injustice. Kimberly Stephens is an unprofessional broker to my experience and is not consistent or has accountably she is unreliable.

Negative experience: I wanted to hire Mrs. Padilla, she was very professional at first. I sent her some documentation to support comps in my home, she became very unprofessional. She avoided calls and text messages. She left her sign and Supra at my door. I would not recommend this agent.
