Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Got keys to new house today and the inside was a mess. Dirty clothes all over the floor, municipal trash cans in the living room, popcorn all over the carpet upstairs, the laundry room was filthy. No pride in her work

She made the process very streamline and seamless. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Any time we needed her she was always prompt in her responses. Negative experience: We started our homebuying journey here but ended it with another agent/company. We were using a VA loan, so we knew it would take some time to find what we were looking for in this market. At first, the agent was very responsive. Then, she started sending another person in her place, and we rarely saw the main agent. In a time when houses are moving quickly, time is of the essence. There were some times when the main agent wouldn't even contact us back for a few days. We were missing opportunities to see homes and submit offers. The few times we did see the main agent, she wasn't professionally dressed. We ended up using another agent and quickly found our forever home.

Negative experience: Do not give them your phone number. They will not stop calling and texting you (which is illegal) for many years. I had to send a cease and desist letter to just get off their lists. If a lower rating could be given I would.
