Fantastic experience: My home buying/selling journey began in August of 2019. I had seen a home that Amy posted on social media and reached out to her to schedule a viewing. This particular home was the first of a half dozen she ended up showing my husband and me, and through it all she was so patient! Though we did own our home at that time, I was not involved in most of that process, so Amy was there to hold my hand through the process of finding a lender, getting a preapproval, being realistic with our must have list, and the super important part of needing to close on the home we sold and the home we bought on the same day. When it came time to list our house she helped us realize its current market value because of the improvements we had made throughout the years. She listed our home on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday evening we had a contract that was above our asking price! Fast forward to the day of closing, after we got the keys to the new house we walked in and around the property. On our screened porch there was a basket of goodies from Amy! Not only filled with things for us but my little girl as well.
