Got down to the nitty gritty when needed about details regarding the house (permits, gas, electric, property lines etc). Focused on seeing and understanding priority homeowner necessities at each home. Help see past the puffery when people list their homes to see the real house and what lies ahead. Bobby also has a very good instinct for what houses will be good and what will be total headaches.
