2 weeks ago Fantastic experience: When me and my husband PCS’ed here from Washington state, we last minute decided to buy our first home! We had no idea about the area or where to start when it comes to finding a home! We found Mischa here on google and decide to meet in person to ask questions about the area and where to start in general when it comes to buying a house. We followed the address that was listed on google and it lead us to a neighborhood! We were very confused and thought the address had to be wrong! We gave Mischa a call from a number that was also listed on google, and come to find out we had shown up to his house! He said he was doing some work around the house and was nice enough to still meet with us outside his home! not to mention that there was a thunderstorm incoming! We talked for a good bit out there and gave us some good advice and info for a lender! He knew his way around the area and gave us some good food recommendations! Pretty much that day we decided to go with him since he was very nice, funny, and informative and had also had history with the military and where to get us started! He was with us through beginning to end in helping us find our home and we are absolutely thankful to him for helping us!! Really is a great guy and a fantastic realtor!!! Will forever recommend him if we ever have the chance! So glad we had him as our first realtor!

First off what an excellent representative of the community of Warner Robins and what an asset to have when selecting the right home to purchase in middle Georgia. We first found him on YouTube when we were researching the area two and half years ago. Since then, his realtor prowess and access to the community has set his professional career above any other realtor in the area. We have since bought three homes from him and sold one. Our latest venture was selling a home in the woodlands only to decide to stay in the woodlands to build again. Our family needs to stretch its legs a-little more. He fit us into his schedule with very little notice, didn’t try to steer us in our home search to suit his own needs, but also was constantly attentive to our family’s needs. He was extremely flexible with scheduling showings and quickly gauged what we were looking for and offered sound advice concerning types of homes, price range, and school options for the local area that helped us hone in on homes that were best suited for us, ultimately saving us time and stress. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: First saw Mischa’s videos on Warner Robins YouTube about a year ago when I started researching the area. For a guy with over 300,00 views on YouTube, he is super down to earth, humble and kind! We came down Father’s Day week to view houses, but did not arrive till Saturday night due to traffic. My wife found a house we loved, but we felt it would be sold that weekend. We weren’t supposed to meet Mischa till the Monday after Father’s Day, but thought we would lose the house if we waited. We called Mischa and convinced the buying agent to let us view the property on Father’s Day, even though the sellers had two offers! 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Mischa Thompson did an amazing job helping us sell our home! From the outset he was very friendly and helpful. As a resident of the Woodlands, he understood the market very well and helped us price the home appropriately. This along with his outstanding marketing led to several showings right after our house was placed on the market. Mischa Thompson helped us to navigate multiple contract negotiations and kept us well informed throughout the process. Mischa's active and creative marketing efforts really do set him apart from the rest (check out his social media platforms if you doubt me), but it was his personal effort, attention to detail, and willingness to be very involved that my wife and I really appreciated. We were navigating a 2800 mile move at the time with my wife and I on opposite sides of the country. There were many little details and small repairs that I would normally have handled myself, but could not since I was out of state. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Mischa is amazing. We were moving from Atlanta to middle Georgia and reached out to him for help finding a home. Because of work and family commitments, we were not able to make as many in person trips as we would have liked. Without us even asking, Mischa took it upon himself to film walkthroughs of potential homes to narrow down the best options for us. This helped us be very efficient when we were able to do an in-person visit. When we selected a home, he kept us updated with progress by filming walkthroughs and sending us picture updates. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: We found out about Mischa in mid 2020 via Youtube, loved his energy and attention to detail he paid towards real estate and immediately reached out to purchase our first home. Three and a half years later it was time to sell our home and purchase a new home (retirement and time for upgrade/more space). We contacted Mischa and he immediately went to work for us based on our wants and needs. Our previous experience with Mischa was excellent and did not believe there could have been a better experience, but Mischa "one-up'd" himself and proceeded to find our new home and get a successful and favorable offer within a couple of weeks. Now it was time to list and sell our previous home. Mischa listed our home and had the first viewing within 20 minutes of the listing going live...and then we closed within two weeks!!! Mischa arranged the purchase, listing, sell, and negotiations of expedited closing with all parties to include our new home lender to ensure we were able to move into our new home. Here we are, going on 2 weeks in our new home and though its crazy with the transition and move, we could not be happier. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: We've always had great realtors in the past, but none compare with how great Mischa is. Mischa is a military spouse and is very familiar with the issues surrounding military families and relocating. When you hire Mischa as a realtor, he is all in and 100% committed to finding you the perfect house. When shopping remotely, he does thorough video tours and offers his honest opinion on the property. After months of searching we finally found the right house that balanced house, land, and price. The seller and sellers agent were extremely difficult to work with and made the experience less than pleasant, but Mischa played the middle man and knew when to call their shenanigans. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful house and a new family friend.

My husband and I made two trips to Warner Robins to look at homes both of which were last minute. Mischa spent many hours both visits looking at homes with us in the Georgia heat where most homes we saw didn’t even have AC running. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: After making a 13 hour drive to spend a week house-hunting, it was so nice to find that our realtor was AMAZING!! Mischa went above and beyond in helping us to find the perfect home for us at our new duty station! He was so patient in lining up the plethora of houses we were interested in seeing, squeezing in 6 to 7 a day! It was exhausting but I am so grateful that we looked at each and every one! 4 years ago Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Mischa as our realtor when we were purchasing our house. We fell in love with the first house we saw and he was honest, letting us know that the house was priced a bit too high so he gave us good advice on what to expect during the process. The house appraised lower as expected and he negotiated with the sellers to reduce the price to an acceptable amount that all parties were happy with. Every time there was a hiccup along the way, he went above and beyond to smooth it out. After the purchase was finalized, he provided us with referrals for businesses such as house-cleaning, landscaping, repair services, etc - we reached out to the house-cleaner he recommended and boy, did they do a great job for such a reasonable price! He also has a YouTube channel (which is how we came across his services) that provides a wealth of information on the real estate market in the area. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we would recommend him to anyone.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. *Especially* for military moving into the area. Mischa is a very knowledgeable agent who not only trustworthy, but cares about your home purchase as if it was his own. He worked around the clock for us and was HIGHLY flexible with making our purchase go smoothly from halfway across the country (even when we ran into some major hiccups). His communication is excellent; We were fortunately able to see the home in person first, but even afterward we received detailed video walk-throughs of the inspection and were always kept in the know on what was going on with the process. If we were unable to see the house first, I would have 100% vested trust and confidence in his opinion on a property (he will tell you if its good or bad with examples and good reasons). He is also an expert at giving sound advice on all other matters regarding the sale. Would not hesitate to do business with him again!

4 years ago Fantastic experience: We are repeat customers of Mischa's. We previously reviewed him as a buying agent so this review will simply be over the selling aspect. We listed our house for 472 and sold for 467. We got a terrible appraisal that affected our sale price which would have been over asking but somehow the appraiser lost extra square footage on the house. Mischa did all he could to appeal it, but at the end of the day the bank has the last laugh. He did an amazing job marketing our house with a high quality video and excellent photos. His video was far and above what most Realtors are doing highlighting the key custom features of our home as well as arial shots from his drone. I would recommend him if you were looking at moving in or away from the Middle Georgia area. He is a great and friendly person who will answer your call at all hours. He's respectful and knows the Middle Georgia area. To be fair we only had one minor issue in our entire four month process that included a scheduling miscommunication with the buyers agent and us (not the end of the world). He even handled that well by accepting full responsibility and being fully transparent about the issue. Like I said he is honest, which is more then most these days.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Mischa Thomson worked with me to find the perfect home for us and demonstrated to be a trustworthy person from the get-go since he was focused on getting us a house that fit my family’s needs. He ensured we were aware of all potential concerns with the properties we considered before buying and ensured we got everything we wanted at a reasonable price. When we finally found the house we liked, he coached us on making a competitive offer that got accepted. In the end, I got the property for $15,000 under the asking price, which is almost unheard of in this sellers’ market. He quickly and accurately took care of all the required paperwork during the buying process. He also ensured all the issues that arose were solved satisfactorily to the best of our interest. On his final walk-through of the property, he discovered that the sellers had removed a thermostat and ensured this issue was addressed before closing. Thanks to my interaction with Mischa, I learn a lot through this process. Additionally, his YouTube channel provided us with several tips and recommendations that educated us as we bought our home. We are very thankful for all the help he provided to us, and considering that the way he handled the whole process, he is not short of being a genius of his profession.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: I have worked with a few Realtors in the past some good, some not soo good, but Mischa Thompson is one of the best, he was very responsive to us, got the answers to our questions in a timely manner. He never pressured us to make a offer but also gave us recommendations on different properties. Once we made a offer he worked with us as well as the sellers agent to make it a win/win solution for all involved. In a previous opportunity it did not work out, but was for the best and with his advice we found a better property that worked well for us. I cannot recommned Mischa enough.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Mischa is a fantastic realtor! He really has his client's best interest in mind. He works hard to envision what you're looking for. We had some pretty specific requirements for a house, which made finding one more difficult, but he always answered our calls and genuinely showed us we were important to him by showing us everything he could find...and once we had looked at all that, he kept researching and finding more options! We hope to never move again, but if we did, we would contact Mischa again for sure!

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Mischa is an absolutely wonderful realtor to work with. His honestly and integrity is priceless. We had previously worked with a realtor that was very shady and lied/mislead us on numerous occasions to make the sale. Working with Mischa was the complete opposite experience. He cared about us finding a home we loved, not about the commission. His expertise helped us walk away from some homes we almost settled for but he noticed some major red flags (later confirmed by inspection) that ultimately lead us to find a perfect home for our family. He’s very easy going, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and was always patient when our crazy kids had to come with house hunting. I can’t recommend him enough ❤️
