If you have a question, he answers it immediately. If he doesn't know, he will find the answer for you within 24 hours. David will update you every step of the way. We listed my home a few thousand above the zestimate due to some upgrades. Thanks to David's patience, and readiness for showings, the home sold above the appraisal value at the original listing price we selected. Fantastic experience: David was great to work with! Very responsive, always positive, but always looking out for our interests and concerns. It took a long time to find the right house and even when we did, the process was long - no fault of David, it was a long and weird contract negotiation.. LOL. But at the end of the process we got what we wanted and David was with us every step of the way. He always stayed on top of the contract extensions to ensure I did not lose the earnest money I put down and also to ensure we got the house we wanted.

Negative experience: David was very professional and patient with us however I’ve had to come back and change my review! Things that were promised in the buyers seller agreement didn’t happened and was promised to be fixed yet to date we have to fix and was promised our money back which has never happened & now all we receive is voicemails. They got us once I didn’t know any better because I was a 1st homeowner but never get me again. Worst experience ever! Will never recommend to company or agent not even to someone who is homeless.
