Fantastic experience: Tracey helped us purchase our new build and she made the experience so easy and seamless. She was very attentive, always available when we had questions, and very hands on the entire time. She pays close attention to detail whether it be while viewing homes, walking through the progress of the new build, or in communication with the builder. She was very knowledgeable on the areas and different problems that she noticed that may arise at a particular home. We were in the process of moving from overseas, Keith FaceTimed us to show us all the homes that we were interested on. He also set up a weekend for personal showings. He was extremely understanding of our situation, he went out of his way to make the process easy.Once we found the home we wanted to buy, he send us the recommendations for the attorneys office. Keith took care of all the documentation needed. Even after we closed Keith continued to ensuring we were able to move in with ease. He sent us the recommendation for the utilities and a guide to all resources we had in the county. Fantastic experience: Gwen was a fantastic realtor to work with and we've already recommended her to multiple family members who are looking to move to southern North Carolina. We were out of town (NJ) buyers and planned a quick visit during May with a list of houses we were interested in touring. Fantastic experience: Heather Barr has been nothing short of exceptional. We have been working with her since late January when my husband and I decided we were ready for a new home. Heather has been punctual, professional, flexible and extremely detail oriented throughout our home search process. During our time together, we ran into a difficult seller who was performing a limited service agreement. We decided to move forward with putting an offer on the house and were met with additional demands from the seller and constant obstacles we needed to navigate. Unfortunately, the situation escalated into a legal matter and the seller continued to become uglier in communication and directed threats both at us and Heather. Throughout the entire process, Heather remained level headed, exemplified an unparalleled level of professionalism and constantly remained 3 steps ahead of every process & was intimately familiar with every detail of the situation (even in the face of slanderous comments and threats from this seller). All while we were dealing with that unfortunate situation, Heather continued to show us different homes and eventually got us into our dream home. Fantastic experience: We just closed on the second of our 2 properties at Surf City, NC. Catherine Siag sold both properties and we couldn't be happier. She is professional, easy to work with and I get excited when I see her name on my phone. If your thinking about selling your own property think again. The paperwork, calls and e mails are aggravating and you will be attacked by local brokers. We got a few hundred thousand more than we would have got selling them on our own so the commission was a non event. When she calls with a full price offer she has confirmed the money is there and it's a serious buyer. Eliminate tire kickers, get more for your property, call Catherine Siag.

The home buying process was so smooth and Brittany took extra time ensuring we had everything we needed when we needed it; this even included sending us stuff and checking in on her days off. We bought from out of town and couldn’t always tour the house ourselves, however, Brittany would go down to each property and record videos of house tours for us whenever we found ones we liked.
