Fantastic experience: I was with Pronto for 2 years and had an excellent experience! Alyssa makes the whole experience easy and she genuinely cares about the property, you as a landlord, and the tenants. They have a reputable contractor on hand for just about anything that would arise and they are priced shockingly well.

Fantastic experience: A job is easy when everything goes well. But you know a company and its people much better when you come across situations that are not the norm. And that’s what happened with us. But, unlike other management groups in the area, Pronto didn’t push us aside and say oh well. We specifically dealt with Alyssa. And when we were dealt a few situations, she stepped up and helped us. We always knew what was going on and were given plenty of notice when needed. And the situations were not the fault of anyone. Just things that happen. Alyssa was always understanding and helped when and where she could. I have no problem recommending Pronto Management group. And if we are ever in the market for a realtor again, we will reach out to Alyssa first. And you should as well.

Fantastic experience: We used Pronto for 3 years and had a phenomenal experience. We rarely had any issues, but when anything arose they were prompt to fix it. The team is extremely friendly and did an amazing job at helping us make a rental feel like home. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to the area.

Negative experience: I've been quiet for many years concerning many things. Below is not an exhaustive list. Before we initially moved in the then property manager attempted to tell me that certain utilities were not included in the lease. Upon me stating that we would not be moving into the property if the lease would not be upheld, a female by the name of Alyssa actually READ the lease and stated that we were indeed correct and that the utilities were included in the rent as I had stated. This should have been a huge red flag but I let it go. Although as a property manager you should have basic skills such as the ability to read and interpret the lease. If it were not for Alyssa we would have never moved in as she was extremely professional and apologized profusely. The current property manager reached out to us last year stating that we were violating our lease as we did not have up to date renters insurance. I cannot make this up, the renters insurance was already renewed and uploaded and yet we could not be afforded the courtesy of actually reviewing this information that was uploaded before posting to our account. When this was brought to their attention, there was no apology, just removal of the message. Accusing someone of violating a lease because you don't do your due diligence, there are no words for that. (Correspondence to team can be provided as well, as well as the lack of reply). We have had roughly a dozen requests for the same appliances and the same "repairman" is assigned to this property every time. At this point either the appliances need to be replaced or they need a new repairman. Here are some of the dates and the LENGTH of time it has taken to actually have these items repaired. This is the most frustrating part of this property management company, you never know WHEN someone will be out as the communication is sporadic. Washer Stopped Working 3/21/25 - 3/29/25 2/12/26 - 2/20/26, yes 8 days as it took about 3 for someone to even come out and then he had to order a part allegedly. This is not acceptable to a mom of 3 active children who works upwards of 70 hours weekly. MOST RECENT: Reported washer on 5/29/26- it’s been three days and we don’t know when the repair person is coming. Imagine having 3 kids and no laundry has been done in THREE DAYS. A/C 4/4/25 -4/10/25 7/14/25-7/21/25 (Yes, right in the middle of summer and when I reached out to the current property manager she had nothing to offer except that the property manager was notified, it was 85 degrees in the home at that time, I still have the message screenshots and can provide if needed as I do not lie) 3/14/26 -3/15/26 4/25/26- 4/27/26 I won't include the number of times the dishwasher has gone out as you get the drift. It's not enough to hire a property manager as a homeowner, you need to manage the property managers to ensure they are managing the property. Stating as the property manager that you have "reached out" to the repairman is not enough. You must then ensure what you send them out to do has been done. This is not hard to do.

Fantastic experience: Over the course of 2.5 years, we rented two different homes from Pronto, and I can honestly say they are one of the best property management companies we’ve worked with. Martin and his team made everything easy— our applications, leases, maintenance requests—all handled quickly and professionally. They were always respectful of our time, schedules, and space. Both homes were well-maintained and truly felt like “our home,” not just rentals. What stood out most was how they went above and beyond to help us navigate several unexpected situations beyond our control. They were transparent, patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about us—not just as tenants, but as people. Pronto consistently left us feeling respected and valued. Renting with them was smooth and truly a positive experience. We can’t recommend them enough—thank you, Martin and team, for taking such wonderful care of us!

Fantastic experience: I rented a townhome from Alyssa. It is probably the most beautiful property we ever had to lease during multiple moves. Alyssa made sure we had everything we need and surprised us with a gift basket that was ready for us in the kitchen. She never went past 24 hours for responses to any of our questions both big or small. Repairs for dishwasher or even changing the locks were done at no cost to me timely and she followed up with me as if we were family. She stayed on top of HOA communications so we were constantly in the loop. She is always respectful of boundaries and told us we kept great care of her clients unit. I would give her ten stars if I could. Thank you very much for first class temant experiences!

Negative experience: Martin does not stay committed to what he verbally states.

Fantastic experience: Alyssa and the crew are great! Very reasonable and easy to work with. They constantly gave feedback on things to improve prior to renting the property out. They have great software and makes it very easy for the property owner to see work orders and transfer funds to correct certain things in the home. They’ve really made our PCS easier ensuring they take care of us and the home before we left!

Fantastic experience: As a first time landlord, Pronto made it very easy from vetting potential renters to ensuring the house was in good condition upon the renters' departure. Quick response to any of my inquiries was greatly appreciated and super important to me. I do wish they did more frequent, or regularly scheduled, inspections with pictures while the property is rented. Overall a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: We are beyond pleased with Pronto property management. We worked with Alyssa on our first home purchase. We enjoyed the experience so much that we reached out to her for a second purchase within a couple months after! Our one ask as we were getting ready to transfer (military fam) was if she offered property management. Initially she did not but imagine my surprise when she reached out to us to let us know Pronto was being started and offering PM services. We wholeheartedly consider her as part of our family and I am looking forward to transferring my second property over shortly !

Negative experience: Don’t expect full service from this property manager!!!! Extra fees for everything!!! Pressuring washing the owners house, mowing the owners lawn, replacing light bulbs, charged travel expenses for all visits as examples. Who moves into a rental property with a pressure washer, a lawn mower and a ten foot ladder to replace bulbs? Isn’t that reason you rent??? They will nickel and dime you on everything on the move out. Including charging you for mailbox keys, travel time to do the move out inspection and replacing locks because they can’t find their copies of the keys they are supposed to have. I’ve rented homes for the last 10 years. This has been the worst experience with a property manager ever! In response to Pronto’s reply!! All lies and you know it!!! I maybe had you out there five times in the past four years that I lived there. You did charge me travel time, look at the receipt that you sent me for my deposit reimbursement. Light bulbs, are you kidding? I left them in the closet under the stairs for you to use. Guess you didn’t bother to check that location out? I doubt it because all the things from construction four years ago are still under the stairs; paint, tile, wood planks, etc. I never asked you to move it out. I just left it there. If you did a full review before move in, those things should have been removed. Also, water should have been turned on, it wasn’t. Cable lines should have already been hung as promised. They weren’t. There was very little grass when I moved in, you’re correct. In four years because I have NOT parked in the back, there was a full yard of grass. I’ve been paying $80 every two weeks to have the lawn mowed and property kept up as my contract stipulates. I did have the house pressure washed twice at my expense, as the contract stipulates (another lie in your review!) Not my fault that you were a shoddy property manager, and didn’t keep track of such things. Keys, Are you kidding me? Again, I was told on move-in day, that when I moved out the locks would be changed so no need for me to worry about having copies made. It’s not my fault that you, as an irresponsible Property Manager didn’t have copies of those keys on hand. I mailed them to you at my own expense, because I was trying to help you out. The fact that you didn’t receive them is not my fault. I also see you didn’t mention in your response to my review that I upgraded the house at my own expense. Difficult tenant? How dare you? I left that house better than when I moved in! I even told you that you have potential problems with the back deck not being finished. The back deck not having proper drainage. I didn’t have to share any of that with you because I was just renting, but I was looking out for the property and for the owner. You did nothing, obviously you don’t have his best interest in mind! Also another correction, you raised the rent three times. Not my fault your owner had a good heart, and didn’t want to jack up the price when the economy was so awful and none of us were making the money that we used to. Greed is awful. You had it really easy for four years!!! Feel good about yourself for lying on your response to my review. KARMA

This company helped us with our renters while we were in the process of selling our home. We all know how that could be a headache. But this company helped our realtor in the showings of the home and also when our home was sold they helped to find the renters a new home. A double win for us all. Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with Pronto as a property owner. I see a lot of complaints about immoral or incompetent property managers in our region and I am so glad to be working with Pronto so I don’t have to worry about some of the horror stories. Our property manager, Alyssa got our property listed super quickly and had a number of inquiries immediately. She spoke to each inquiry personally before directing them as to where to apply. She had tenants ready to move in the day after our current tenant moved out. She even handled coordinating some small repairs and carpet cleaning after our previous tenants moved out – a lease she didn’t even manage! We really appreciated that she went above and beyond to make this completely seamless. I also appreciate that she was so sweet and attentive to our tenants. Happy, grateful tenants = a well cared for home. Thanks to Alyssa’s pricing strategy, we are now pocketing significantly more than when we self-managed and I am so pleased we made the switch. Pronto is the only PM company in this area I would even consider working with.

They are professional with an owner's portal where all of your transactions can be tracked. On top of that, you NEVER hear from them unless it is something that NEEDS your approval. Fantastic experience: Martin had my house rented in one weekend. When the Hurricane Isaias came through he went over and above to help me find a good roofer and repairman. I have used another rental agency in years past but they do not compare to his professionalism and responsiveness.

Martin Evans not only worked hard to find a great rental for our family, but he was very generous with his time to answer my questions, as we were moving across several states.
