Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional behavior from Samuel London of American Valor Realty. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but do not treat customers poorly. They clearly do not care about veterans here.

Fantastic experience: Cara was great selling our property and finding a new one. She did some much extra helping us while my wife was dealing with a fractured foot. I would recommend her to any of our clients or friends to sell their property. She guided us through the buying and selling process and did it with such ease it made it so much easier for us to follow. She's the best and works very hard for her clients.

Fantastic experience: Samuel London and the team at American Valor Realty are amazing! I first contacted him in January/February this year when I needed to start getting ready to sell my self-managed rental property. He was able to assist with getting it on the market quickly and navigate showings with tenants occupying it. When I was notified that my tenants had to break their lease early due to military orders, Sam was able to seamlessly switch to marketing it for both sale and rent to ensure I didn't end up with a lapse of occupancy. He found tenants quickly who have been great and wanted to buy it at some point. He was able to assist with my tenants getting the loan they needed and then helped navigate the government shutdown with regular updates and keeping me in the loop. We were finally able to close on selling to our tenants yesterday and everything went relatively smoothly with only a few minor bumps. Sam was phenomenal at responding quickly and keeping me updated while I was out of state. If you're looking for a realtor in the Pensacola area, I highly recommend American Valor Realty - you'll be treated with respect and won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST person to talk to is Belen Hancock. She has been hands down the easiest to talk to, most informative, and constantly in contact when needed. I came across a house I liked back in December of 2024. the Zillow automatically connected me with miss Sunnie Sweet, and i cant give enough praise for this wonderful professional person. she helped me close on my first home, but not only did she help me, she quotes out inspectors in the area, and dealt with a few set backs with no issues and kept me in the loop every step of the way. fast forward 7 months later and she's doing it again. she will work tirelessly for you, and get you the best deal. Fantastic experience: Robbie and Ryan teamed up on this one for one of Robbie‘s first listings. Although it was one of his first listings, everything went very smooth considering the listing at hand. The sale of this house required a new roof, a new window assessment, and a probate to top it off. Everything was handled as required. It also required one of the signatures via power of attorney for a relative that was hard to access on a regular basis. Closing was pushed back multiple times for reasons out of Robbie’s control, but he still saw it through and insured that the closing took place as required. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Viktor was amazing through my process of getting my first house. I was deployed on the USS Ronald Reagan when I got in contact with Viktor. Being on a massive boat on the middle of the South China Sea comes with issues with communication and Viktor was respectful and understanding of my wants in a house and my budget. Even with not being able to communicate for days at a time due to being in the South China Sea, Viktor still emailed me and kept me updated on everything that was going on and gave me the best advice for each situation and was genuinely looking out for me to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed over by the sellers.
