Negative experience: Our agent was very passive. Basically just sent me leads from the MLS site. The exact same listings I got from Zillow or Realtor.com. He didn't filter them at all so I manually had to filter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. So he actually made the process of finding a home harder. The new NAR contracts are stupid. You can't go see homes without a Realtor who may potentially make the process harder. ***Update*** I really don't know what to think about all the great reviews it certainly wasn't my experience. This was my 9th home purchase so I think I understand the process.

I found a home for a good price in large part because of those two. I can't say enough nice things. If you need a realtor, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I want to take the time to write a review for Ms. Angelia who helped us sell our home in Pensacola in 2018. We could not have asked for a better person, not just Agent but person to help us. Ms. Angie went so far above and beyond that I can't even begin to describe it all. Especially considering we no longer live in the area, she was a total ROCKSTAR!!! When we began the process of selling our home, we had one agent from another company who was a total scam. He tried to get us against our wishes to consider a rent to own when he was told in the very beginning we were not interested. Ms. Angie was called and came over to the house within 15 minutes to meet me as I was there to get the process started. She did so much for our house..I think she practically lived there sometimes. When the buyers did not follow through on their end of the bargain, Ms. Angie was spot on it to ensure our best interest were being looked after. Do yourself a huge favor and call Ms. Angelia Green when you want to buy or sell in the area.. you will be glad you did!!! I KNOW WE ARE!!!!

I moved into what I thought were very nice apartments until I realized the property owner took ZERO responsibility to correct the issues that existed BRFORE I paid my rent up front for 1 year He took the $ and refused to correct any and all issues discussed before the lease was even signed The owner could’ve cared less about the apartment complex and I’m sure he was sick of EVERYONE wanting appliances, doors, locks and holes on the walls fixed even though that was/is his responsibility y’all My sliding glass door has NEVER LOCKED and Main Street properties gave me the best temporary fix they could offer without approval from the owner to replace the entire door The owner, Robert, acts as if he’s doing you a favor correcting issues with HIS COMPLEX This man is a SLUMLORD and without Main Street Property Management stepping in, I was on my way to court to get out of the lease due to an unsafe environment he expected me to live in THANK YOU, AMY YOU HAVE VALIDATED THE ISSUES AND CONCERNS YOU ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB KEEPING TENANTS IN THIS COMPLEX DUE TO YOUR ABILITY TO REACH OUT AND LET US KNOW WHEN WE CAN EXPECT REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED.... I can’t say enough about Amy... She’s the reason I’m still in my apartment

Negative experience: Amy Buker was the property manager that assisted with the rental property on Mirabelle Dr. What a disappointing situation straight from the beginning. Upon moving in the place was ABSOLUTELY filthy and not even near close to being ready for move in. She promised that the place would be professionally cleaned so the lease was signed. No one EVER came in and cleaned the place. I repeat the place was disgusting. I had to clean the place myself. It was not worth the amount Main Street was charging and there was some deceitful information shared. When asked if there were pets, MS stated there were no pets in the residence prior. The neighbor shared with me that that was not true and that the tenants before were loud and unruly and had two big dogs. At the end of the lease MS charged me for what they should have done prior to us moving in. After a 1025.00 deposit, they originally tried to give me 200 dollars back. I sent a letter of appeal and they agreed to give me $200 more which shows they lacked diligence when cutting the check the first time. The only reason business was done w MS to begin with is because I was in a desperate need for housing. My suggestion is for you to take your money where there are professional and honest people who have you and your family’s interest in mind. I will be filing an official complaint with FREC in regards to this flim flam scam that’s being ran.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic time working with Mr. Lara. My wife and I got settled into our new home and with very little surprise or ambiguity in the process. While there were some delays we were well informed and knew what was to happen when.

Negative experience: Everything is way to high, & I know 10 other people say the same thing, and thing & they will never shop there again.

Negative experience: Lying snakes! DO NOT TRUST MAINSTREET PROPERTIES! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND STEAL FROM YOU! These people lied to me from the beginning saying they would do stuff they didn't do, such as replace carpet and clean the unit before we moved in, but no they sure didnt, and then they refused to fix the major problems with the unit such as MOLD, ANTS, FLEAS, HOLE IN THE DOOR WHERE INSECTS CRAWL IN, and more.. then when i moved out and paid every single day of my last month's rent, they have the guts to say that I owe them for all the problems that i put up with in that house for 4 years. I will fight this in court if i have to!

Negative experience: I entrusted my home and property to this company as my property manager. They dropped the ball!! Tenant did thousands of dollars in damages and I hold them equally responsible as my property manager.
