Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with AMMINADAB and Kelley as a buyer. They are nice and responsible. But I think the most important thing is they are very professional! I met other agents before decided moving forward with them. And I have to say most agents are friendly, but not all of them are professional. The most obvious thing is they can't give me an explicit and reasonable pricing strategy. However, AMMINADAB and Kelley had really good reasoning on their strategy, which helped us to get the offer without biding. The following inspection process is really good. I'm always conservative on what other people recommend to me, but the inspectors they recommend turned out to be really good after I did my research and their inspection service is very professional as well. There's some unexpected issues arose during the escrow and our agents always stood for our benefits instead

In order to sell the duplex I had to evict the tenants that proved to be the most challenge I encountered but the Miller's expertise helped me navigate thru the process. Fantastic experience: When we first shopped via Kelly and Todd it was obvious that they had a full grasp on the Culver City market. The distinct regions, what is coming on the market soon, where the best value lies, etc. Additionally, they've been a great resource to bounce ideas off relating to creating value in your home, what add-ons work, where to invest to create the most bang for you buck. IMO, no real reason to shop anywhere else in Culver City for a Realtor Team.

They helped my husband and I sell our condo in June/July 2022 while I was also nearly 8 months pregnant. They made the process seamless for us. They quickly negotiated on costs from the buyers offer (over asking price), helped us paint and stage the home fast, they were patient with Escrow paperwork, assured us that they would do everything in their power to get our Culver City condo sold before our baby arrives.
