Fantastic experience: Had a great time dealing Shaw in a very complicated and highly unusual transaction. My seller was extremely difficult and unrealistic and made the whole process harder then needed. Even a bit rude at times. Luckily Shaw’s cool and collective personality and his humbleness understood that this transaction was extremely emotional for my seller. His buyer was not the easiest of clients but Shaw really did an amazing job saving and closing this transaction. For the record we went into escrow twice before with other clients but do to my own clients high strung personality the two previous buyers didn’t work out.
