Fantastic experience: We had a difficult move to Grand Junction from Colorado Springs due to the buyers realtor for our Colorado Springs home. Nicole, our Grand Junction realtor was the saving grace. We made multiple trips to Grand Junction looking for the property that was our final home for retirement. We had a long list of what we wanted and a fairly tight budget. Nicole made a difficult transition into a very positive experience. She diligently sent us properties for us to preview and then lined up as many as10 properties for us to look at every trip over. All of the properties fit most of our requirements. We looked at over 60 properties in total. It was a booming market in both locations so it was not an easy process but Nicole was invincible. She is extremely efficient, quickly figured out what properties would meet our needs, and made the whole process pleasant. She is very intuitive and quickly figured out what would fit for us. It just took a while for the right home to come on the market for us. We have purchased several homes over our lifetime but Nicole is absolutely the best of the best. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Fantastic experience: we made a decision to leave New Jersey and move to Colorado to be near our son when i retired, the time line moved up fast as we sold out house in NJ. our son bought a house 6 months prior, Nicole was his agent, and he only had said great things about her, so we contacted her. had conversations about our needs. so off she went to work, we were working from Nj. so when she found a house and sent us the info. if we liked it she would meet our son at the house and give us a video tour, as we watched from NJ, when we found the one. and it was definitely the one. she did a detailed video tour with measurements for furniture, she also met our home inspector as he did the inspection and when he was done relayed any issues. Nicole really did work for us every step of the way, more important she was always on time and really knows what she is talking about, she actually did all our work for us, right up to the settlement table, you really have to trust people when you you buy a house without seeing it, when we finally seen the house it was the one, thanks again Nicole, you really came through for us, we would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Our home was on the market for approximately 8 months in 2023. We knew it would be a difficult house to sell since it was a larger, older home that was on the market during a time of relatively high and escalating interest rates. Also, we had moved out of state during the latter half of the time it was for sale. We found Nicole to be pleasant to work with, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the real estate market in Grand Junction. During the time we were out of state she would come by the house before scheduled showings to do light housekeeping to make sure all was in order. She was quite helpful during negotiations with the eventual buyers regarding pricing and items that needed to be addressed that were noted by the home inspection. She would speak with contractors who we employed to fix items so she could personally meet them at the house for repairs. She even fixed a remote for a fireplace that the inspector said was not working. We would definitely use her again for any real estate transactions we might have in Grand Junction.
