Fantastic experience: We moved from MN to Grand Junction, CO. This meant we couldn’t be present at the home showings in person. We had to rely on Shelby’s face time video’s and her feedback. Shelby gave us both the good and the bad feedback. Not only what we wanted to hear so she could get a sale. She was always very quick to respond to our texts and if we requested a home showing, she was there within 24 hrs, if not sooner. In the end, we are very happy with our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Shelby Cannon. I’ve dealt with a few realtors over the years. It’s obvious when you get the ones who have already made their $$$ and now they are just in it for a quick sale. Fantastic experience: Best agent in town or should i say the Western Slope. Shelby went way beyond her expectations to sell my house. Other realtors were telling me I needed to spend 3 or 4k to purge my trailer to the land but Shelby said no I didn't need to do it. She sold my house pretty fast and went beyond what I was expecting a realtor to do. I will use her in the future for any real estate I want to purchase. When we were looking at houses to buy she was also very knowledgeable about the price and if it was priced right or not. She also listened to what we were looking for in a house and made sure she didn't waste our time looking at something we wouldn't like..
