Fantastic experience: EVERYTHING! We found Kit quite by accident, and have been thanking our lucky stars ever since! Moving is inherently stressful, and we would not have made it through without Kit. Truly. She told us that her job was to make the process as easy as possible for us, and she did everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) she possibly could to ease the process for us. We have never experienced anything close to the personalized, attentive service we were provided by Kit. Throughout the entire process, we felt we were working on a project with a close friend; because we were. That's how Kit relates to her clients, and it speaks to the expertise and excellence with which she approaches her job. She deftly guided us through the process - advising us, advocating for us, and tending to every minute detail, so that we wouldn't have to. Fantastic experience: Kit Magley is by far the BEST Realtor I have ever used. She was very attentive to our wishes in a new home. She was able to learn about our family uniquely. She was part of the buying process the whole way and provided great, sound guidance when needed. Kit is amazing at building relationships and provide support when needed. We had an issue with an inspection that needed to happen and she was able to contact someone that day on our behalf and they attended to the inspection for us. Again, she was part of the process and an amazing person to boot. Very personable and supportive, day and night. Fantastic experience: Used Kit Magley for second time, when selling our house this month. She is amazing! VERY knowledgeable, and protects her clients throughout the entire process! We are currently out of town, and Kit went above and beyond to ensure we were able to complete everything from afar, and she met several contractors multiple times for us, in order to get the house prepared to show, even once waiting at the house for over an hour while I had to rearrange for another contractor to meet her there after the first one canceled! Fantastic experience: We’ve used the Noel team a couple times now and will not use any other realtor. They’re invested in our happiness and to get the best value for selling and buying our house. She is attentive to detail, understands what sells a property quickly, communicates multiple times during a week and more frequently as needed once it's under contract. Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Suzy after selling his place in the same complex as mine after I made the decision to sell. The units are configured as live/work spaces so I needed someone with experience in marketing these types of spaces as they present a unique opportunity for a potential buyer. Once I met Suzy, I knew I made a great choice in a realtor. She has a fantastic attitude, is easy to work with and she provided me with spot-on recommendations for updating my place to enhance its’ “show-ability.” It wasn’t long before she found a buyer and had the sales process moving toward closing.
