Fantastic experience: Had a great experience working with the Wise Team. We interviewed 3 realtors because we wanted people with experience selling homes with land and north of $1.5M. Damian showed up and impressed. They were very patient with us while we looked at homes for months. Gave us tips on getting our current house ready to sell at top dollar. We were out of the house with full asking price in under 40 days. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Damian Wise did not have our best interest in mind. We got an email from the selling agent saying that her client would be willing to pay more and Damian Wise did not pursue it. The following is the exact words within the email: I already submitted an offer yesterday wise team/Damien! After seeing it today we are even extra interested. Remember buyer can go higher. Buyer can wait as long as it takes. And none of the needed work is a problem at all as her family Has a construction background. I can also happily amend the offer to say That buyer knows it is a short sale and will wait as long as she needs to for bank approval.I meant to put that in there to begin with. My fault. But thank you again!

Negative experience: This guy just planted a flag on my lawn without asking permission. What if my nationality is not the same as the flag you just put on my property? What if I don't want any flag on my property? You don't have the right to put your flag on my or other people's property. Maybe next time try knocking on the door and asking politely first. If you're doing this to people without their consent what else are you doing?

Fantastic experience: Damian and the entire Wise team was great to work with! Even with all of the covid restrictions in place during our listing he was able to get our home listed, shown and sold in a very timely manner. Damian was with us every step of the way from listing, showing, the offer, the inspection and the closing, at no point did I feel like we weren’t his only client. As someone who honestly despises realtors in general Damian was amazing and proved that there are good people in every industry, even if they are few and far between. If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, look no where else, you honestly won’t find anyone better.

Fantastic experience: Well this is long overdue. We would like to give a positive review of the Wise Team, Last summer we had to put our house on the market do to job relocation. Our Company required us to get 4 different market analysis for different realty companies. The Wise Team was our first choice based on reputation. Also the Company sent us 3 other realtors. We will tell you this Damian and Michelle are the most honest and personable professional we dealt with. Their market analysis was in line with what we felt was a marketable sales price. The other three realtor was telling us that the market is hot and we should put it out on the market at the higher end of what our area homes were selling for, that make us uncomfortable and we felt it would drive people way. Damion came in to our home and made us feel in control and asked us what we would like to see happen and what our expectation were. Then he brought us a market plan that seemed to be more realistic and told us that if he felt that he could get us a very good deal with this asking price as a starting point and could get people more interested in the home and would make a better offer than our asking price. Well it happened The Wise team was very WISE indeed. We had a contract on our house within 3 days of it going on the market. The sales price was well above the asking price just as Damian had said he thought it would, with the current market conditions, but without all the sales pressure and inflated marketing plans of the other agent had offered. The Wise team put together a great marketing plan and executed it flawlessly. THANK YOU Damian and Michelle and the rest of the Wise Team.
