Fantastic experience: Every once in a great while, someone enters your life just like a very bright star in the heavens…. ….for myself, this was Shawndell Kiefner, a real estate professional employed by Rockport Properties, Rockport, TX. Very recently, I was searching to relocate from San Antonio, TX to Corpus Christi, TX. After making inquiries on line, Mrs Kiefner immediately jumped in to assist me….she quickly and very accurately analyzed my desired. housing needs, and complied a long list of possible candidates, which were all excellent. She very happily made herself available to escort me through many home viewings, regardless of time schedules, short notice requests, or far distances. She very patiently walked me through these properties, always available to give very professional and expert advisement. She sold our condo in 2023 in less than a week, obtaining a great price and handling all of the details. In 2025 we were poised to make our return and Cheri found several homes that fit our needs. Fantastic experience: We were traveling when we decided that another house was in our future due to an unforeseen death in the family. I looked on line found a property we were interested in. I filled out the request. The next day Aimee Swanner called me. I told her what was going on and she was willing to do something long distance (Connecticut). She did a search, sent more info, and some other suggestions. When we finally got together, she was very prepared to answer our questions and had a clear understanding of our needs. She was very outgoing and enthusiastic and showed genuine interest in us achieving our goal. She was willing to show properties a couple of times if we were comparing different aspects. Even after the first deal fell through she went right back to work looking for another property to suit our needs. Her knowledge of the Coastal Bend Area and Rockport in particular was a godsend. She seemed to know what we were really looking for before we did. She also knew an excellent banking team and helped get that all setup. Not only does she know this area but also knows people to help accomplish getting problems fixed. She represents her agency extremely well and very professionally. Positive experience: They're OK. Started out great, but didn't keep contact with me so went with another realtor and completed my find and purchase. It felt like it was either due to the amount I was looking at or because I live over 150 miles away and didn't think I was serious. Rating a 3 because, again, started out great but communication came to a HALT.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was very responsive to our remote needs. She went by to check on our purchase and even measured windows for us. She was our local go to person to get things done Amanda was flexible to our timing needs being from out of town. She returned early from vacation to show us the unit we ended up purchasing. We had a hard closing with many unexpected items cropping up. Amanda was right there to help us get all the documentation needed. I would probably have abandoned the purchase if she wasn’t here to work through the issues. She even watched our dogs when we went to close ! You won’t go wrong with Amanda as you broker !

Fantastic experience: I have known Mark Uhr whom is the President/Owner of Rockport Properties for several years now. This past year (2012), I had the privilege of working with Mark on a project for the local Humane Society. Dias Construction was awarded the contract for construction, and I was designated as Project Manager. Mark graciously donated his time to the Humane Society's board of directors. He helped me get answers from the board and ensured them that I was doing my job constructing the building in the manner they desired. Needless to say, the project was completed months ahead of schedule and well under budget. I could have not accomplished any of this without his help. He is a man of his word and will do whatever is necessary to ensure the task at hand is accomplished.
