Neli Spurrell Realtor – Your Key to the Coast – Rockport • Fulton • Port Aransas

Fantastic experience: Neli is the greatest! It was my best home buying experience yet! She was on top of things (and I mean on top of it!) from the get go. She guided me through the home buying process and without her it would have been very difficult for me to navigate though it all. I highly, highly recommend Neli to one and all! Sincerely, Thomas Hays 05/14/26 I used Neli again to sell the home that I was speaking about in my first post above. I gave her an aggressive schedule for getting the home sold and closed and she came through once again!!! I can't say enough good things about her and her service. She knows Real Estate backwards and forwards. I highly recommend her. Sincerely, Thomas Hays

Fantastic experience: Neli is a knowledgable realtor and can give give you both sides for every decision you are called on to make . Whether as buyer or seller, she has made it her business to stay informed about the possible effects of every decision. We liked that about working with her!

Fantastic experience: Personal and professional.

Fantastic experience: Neli was our realtor for selling our family home in Rockport. She was able to negotiate a great offer for us and walk us through the whole process of selling and then buying our new home. She was attentive, always willing to answer a question and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: When I need the help of a Realtor, I turn to Neli. Neli is the hardest working Realtor I've used.

Fantastic experience: Responsible realtor.hard working . I will recommend her for all my friends.

Fantastic experience: I've previously worked with Neli, and she is truly one of a kind. She works harder than most agents I know and never stops marketing, learning, and growing for her clients. Most weekends you'll find her hosting open houses and showing clients. She has always been available if you have a question and takes her time to go over all documentation you may need to sign. Above all of this she is always doing things for her community and cares about what happens to it. It's a privilege to know her.

Negative experience: Googled this agent, called her, she did answer and told me to send her a text with the information on the property, so I did by sending a screen shot of the property, my name and even a thank you. Didn't hear anything back and I called to follow up with her and nothing. Not a good agent by any means... horrible. Those other reviews must have been her friends.

Fantastic experience: Neli and David Spurrell were excellent to work with during our purchase of a home in Rockport. We were from out of state and new to the area. They helped us navigate the differences of buying in Texas and provided excellent resources for services such as insurance, handyman, lawn care and many others. Their level of timely communication, friendliness and attention to detail was very appreciated. We highly recommend working with Neli Spurrell and David Spurrell!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Amazing results. You will be happy u contacted her!!

Fantastic experience: Nelinda Spurrell knows the real estate business. Want someone to be honest about the Rockport market and work with you to accomplish your goals then Nelinda is the agent for you. Listen to her when she tells you what to expect to sell your home for, the comps do not lie, take her advise on preparationd for a tough market and you too can have multiple offers over asking price like we did. I know we all the want the prices from 3 to 4 years ago but that is not realistic. Listen to Nelinda and you too will receive excellent result. She is very responsive, helped us obtain needed paperwork after the sale of the home, let us know everytime appraiser, inspectors and surveyors were in the home. Recommended a great person who provided the make ready cleaning on our home and negotiated to get us the best price possible. We were under contract within 5 days and closed within 3 weeks all thanks to Nelinda's expertise and guidance. Thanks Nelinda

Fantastic experience: I'm a second generation home builder. The first time that I met Nelida I realized that she has extensive knowledge of the building industry by pointing out some of the important components in my build. Upon hiring her, her hard work and dedication to my property never let up. I have no complaints only compliments of her professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Where do i begin ... Neli has been amazing ,sorry if ive taken this long to write a review but she truly deserves it. My parents had a dream to move to rockport from dallas. And i did my best to reach out to many realtors, as i know so little about this small town so i put my trust on google. I reached to many and none really responded and the ones that did didnt take me serious. My parents where ready to make this drastic change. Neli responded and within a couple of days she sent out many listings and within a weekend my parents went down there and viewed over 10 properties & made a close on a beautiful home that suited my parents. She showed dedication and truly cared about her clients. She kept in close contact with me to ensure my parents were in good hands at all times. This was a year ago !! Fast forward to one year later .... My parents ac went out , i remembered she had recommended us a warranty packaged that we signed up for but, Like always we misplaced documents had no idea the name of the company. Because we always think we are not going to use it lol but I reached out and she immediately took it upon her self to to send me policy documents and i formation i needed . Her promptness is what set her aside from the rest. Caring & dedicated is what made us trust her. Once again thank you Neli❤️

Fantastic experience: Neli has done a great job for me, this is the second house she has helped me sell. She is smart, and understands the market, her market analysis has been spot on both times. Her communications skills are outstanding, and she is the hardest working realtor that I have ever worked with and I've worked with realtors throughout the country. There may be a better realtor in the area, but I'll never know because I would never consider using anyone else.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Neli this past summer to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! She was always available to answer any questions. Our home was on the market less than two months before selling. Received multiple offers with the help in large part of Neli's incredible work. She also staged our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Neli was wonderful in keeping us in the loop on the day to day appointments. The closing of our home moved right along in a timely manner. She is a hard working, sweet person. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just closed on a home I was selling in Rockport, Tx. I enlisted Neli in the first part of January to sell my house. I actually bought this same home with her assistance less than two years ago. I love her enthusiasm and energy but mostly her skill in realty. She is aggressive and motivated when it comes to pleasing her customers. She had an open house days after I signed on with her. From that one open house we had three offers and quickly moved forward to closing. I literally did nothing and worried about nothing. I would giggle from time to time when I thought back to my flashing idea of selling my house on my own. Never gonna happen. I would highly recommend Neli Spurrel and Spears and Co. real estate, when anyone is looking to purchase or sell a property in this coastal area. My experience was more than pleasant, it was a lifesaving event.

Working with her on both sides of a sale and purchase, we saw her expertise and knowledge shine that helped each transaction go smoothly. Her focus is to help you and she gets the job done!

Fantastic experience: Neli Spurrell is the best realtor I have ever had and I have had a few different ones that were very good. However, Neli went above what you would expect . Kept us updated and really worked hard to get our house sold. 8 days on the market and we had an offer. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Neli really helped us with the purchase of our Texas home. We are from another state and never been to south Texas. She gave us advise on where to best invest in property in the best location. She found the right home for the right price and then facilitated all of the inspections and referrals we needed to close the deal. I would highly recommend Neli Spurrell.
