Fantastic experience: I am almost a year late in writing this review so my apologies to Sara. I don't know where to begin. We met Sara during an open house visit at a home in St. Paris. She was not the listing agent, but was showing the house that day. We liked the house and Sara became our agent. An offer was submitted but the owner went with someone else. Looking back, we are glad we didn't get that house. Sara found out we had already looked at 38 other houses trying to find our next home. After showing 9 more houses, we finally found it. During the house hunt with Sara, my husband would ask me for a measurement of our furniture and Sara would beat me to the punch and tell him the answer. You see, she had been listening every time and seemed to have memorized our furniture sizes ! Who does that ??!! Sara helped us submit an offer on house #49 and it was accepted. She listed our current home at the time last year and was great at marketing it for us. Her open house videos were amazing!! We were her very first closing in her career!! Thank you Sara for all you did for us, for listening, for creating memories with us along the journey, and for ALWAYS BEING AVAILABLE TO SHOW US A HOUSE!! Negative experience: I wouldn't give her the time of day after what happened with the situation with her childhood friend and helping him with buying a house . How do you look at yourself in the mirror after destroying this guy. You gave out personal info and a car was destroyed in the process . And from the sounds of it , Ms Sheena you set that man up and you should be held accountable. You were called out and deleted your entire FB page. I say GUILTY!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sheena and The Ellison Group - eXp Realty. We are a military family and were looking to sell our home in Troy, OH in the winter months. Initially, we listed our home for sale by owner and received no offers. We were approached by many realtors around the Dayton area but we approached Sheena and her team 1. Since their office is located in the Troy area 2. For her reputation in the real estate industry 3. We lived in the same neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better match. We were under contract in less than 48 hours at asking price and with no closing fees. During the inspection process, we went away on vacation and Sheena went out of her way to replace a plate and turn our gas on for us to get ready for the appraisers. It was a seamless process, extremely thorough and communication was clear along the way. I would say Sheena’s biggest strength is negotiation. She has years of experience in negotiating contracts and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sheena and The Ellison Group - eXp Realty in selling our house in Troy.

I began reaching out to her in May 23', and it did not matter what time of day or night she was always there with such a sweet voice, and a willingness to help me find what I wanted. If I wanted to look at a home and still didn't like it after I saw it she made me feel very comfortable. She told me I have to be the one that loves it and either way she was there for me. Fantastic experience: We were not even considering buying a new home as we had just completed construction on our forever home a few years earlier. Four years later after our build, I kept getting a particular home emailed to me via the realty apps. After seeing it over and over, we decided to investigate. It was a historical home and I wanted the original listing agent to do our walk through so we had all of the correct information on the home. This is how I first met Sheena and I instantly fell in love with her and the house. She was able to work out a crazy contingency for us in a time when contingencies just were not accepted anymore. Within three weeks time she helped us list our home, work an out-of-state contract and close in 30 days. Then the fun began when our finance company for the new purchase literally dropped the ball. We had less than 24 hours to close or we were going to lose the house we had always dreamed of owning- losing the home that caused us to sell the one we just had built! Let me tell you- This girl is fierce, and does not take NO for an answer. Hopefully we won’t be buying another home in the future ( I plan on dying in this house ) but I am going to put her on a new task of helping my baby buy her first home. I have every confidence in Sheena and highly recommend her to anyone that is contemplating selling your home or purchasing a new home.
