Todd has been like a family member. I could ask him questions and he would walk me through letting me come to my own conclusions with facts. I can't rave enough about his communication and he even helped me get all my paperwork to the loan officer. (I am not too tech savey in these days.) Todd will always be on the top of my list and I am recommending that my father use him in the next few months. I can feel like I don't have to worry and watch every step in the process.
