Negative experience: Agents won't show up to showings. Had them stand me up twice so I gave up on even trying to get the house. I would definitely find a different company or you will never get your home

Fantastic experience: We recently just bought our first home and we went through Kenzie, she was nothing but amazing. Kenzie never complained once about the tons of calls we would make, the million text messages and never ending questions! She never once tried to push us into buying something, instead she would ask us how we felt about it and tell us if we were unsure then we should wait and we will find our perfect house eventually, which says so much about her character! The process to close was long and we hit several obstacles but with Kenzie and Brittany working together we got through everything and closed on our house this week. Brittany represented the seller and Kenzie represented us (the buyers) and they were a dream team to work with! They both ensured every problem would be taken care of and they were so kind and professional throughout the whole process. We told her what we were looking for as far as house, property etc. She took us to look at every house i asked to see plus some of her finds. It didn't make adifference what day or time of day, she was there to show , to answer any questions. Finally we found the perfect house with EVERYTHING we were looking for.
