During and after our contract phase, Warner has: - Failed to disclose latent, material defects. - Made knowingly false representations regarding property conditions and remediation. - Ignored formal written notices and failed to adhere to deadlines. - Engaged in deceptive, negligent, and unprofessional conduct wholly unbefitting a licensed broker. Let this be a warning to anyone considering doing business with the Pink Sands group that they should be avoided at all costs!

Negative experience: Nakia, the buyer’s agent on my home, engaged in deceptive tactics to push a price reduction. She brought in a contractor she regularly works with, who falsely claimed there were major issues. When questioned, the contractor even admitted to inflating the report to help her client negotiate a discount! This was not an honest inspection—it was a coordinated scheme to manipulate the deal. If you’re selling a home and Nakia is involved, be extremely cautious. This kind of unethical behavior wastes time, money, and trust.

So, let me start by saying I started my purchase process literally at the height of the pandemic March 2020 so everything was up in the air and uncertain and I was unsure it was going to happen for me. The housing market was scares and everything she or I found there was an issue with it or someone made a bid more than mine. Government offices started closing but she was already ahead of it, she started putting a lot of things in motion to make the process as smooth as possible. My job had close so I was adjusting to work from home kids were home and I became so overwhelmed with everything.
