We decided to reach out to Russ who lives in Ponca City and he was able to find us the perfect short term rental. Russ and his entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. When we were shown our newly remodeled home via video, it ticked every box we had asked for. They were up working with us into the early morning hours making sure that our move to Ponca City would be completely seamless and boy they succeeded. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted them a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Outside of his colleagues, Russ has many family members including His Wife and Son who are all involved in real estate which gives them a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. When you choose to work with Russ (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) he will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, he and his team will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered.
