I run a homebase business so being able to close on time and have things done was very very important to me. so it took a while to find the first house and then we had a couple hiccups, and we moved to another house and then we finally ended up with a wonderful house. Jake was always willing to go over and above to get answers to try to keep things on a timeframe that would work.
