Fantastic experience: I inherited a building which had some…problems. Oh, and I live out-of-state. John and his team went over and above at every level. From squatter evictions, to a ‘difficult’ tenant, to many minor and one major building repair, to dispersing payments locally for all of it… these all were handled without a single complaint. In fact, they could not even begin to market the building for the first four or five months until all was taken care of. Throughout the whole ordeal, John and his team kept me up to date and were always 100% professional. In the end, the building sold for more than I anticipated. Fantastic experience: We chose Adam Renfrow because of his honesty, transparency and his knowledge on what to look for when getting in there to dig DEEP in each home we looked at to see all the little details, and not so little details in a potential home purchase.
