So in the midst of a pandemic, we decided to pack up and move across the country to a new home, sight-unseen in person, which was more than a little nerve-wracking to say the least! When we began our search for a realtor, we were initially unsuccessful. It seemed as if everyone we contacted wanted little to do with helping us buy a home completely virtually. Then we met Eric, and he took no issue with the task of helping us on our home buying adventure! Eric was absolutely wonderful in every way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, a quick and efficient communicator, a savvy negotiator, and really took the time to learn what type of home would best suit our family, all from 1,000 miles away. We felt very confident about the areas we ultimately chose to focus our search in thanks to his vast knowledge of the greater Chicagoland area. He also was very knowledgeable as to what condition the home had to be in to qualify for an FHA loan. This is something I was completely unaware of. Being a first-time home buyer, Eric was able to help me understand the entire home buying process and made it very simple and painless surprisingly!
