My husband and I were looking for our first house, and in the Denver market, we all know how hard that can be. Chris was there with a fountain of knowledge and experience to help us through all steps of the process. When the first house we put an offer on couldn’t pass inspection, Chris was right there to help us move to the next without missing a beat. When the second house I had my heart set on didn’t work out either (I had never heard of aluminum wiring—who knew that was a thing?!?!), Chris never got discouraged and helped us not to lose hope either. Fantastic experience: Whether you’re buying and/or selling, I highly recommend Chris! When my husband and I started our home search over 2 years ago, we were all over the place, to say the least. We weren't quite sure what part of town we wanted to be in, nor did we really know what we wanted. Fantastic experience: I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to write a review than this one. Where to start? First, I’ve sold one and bought two houses with Chris now and I will never trust anyone else with anything home purchase related again. When I bought my first house I barely had anything to my name. I was starry eyed and everything on the market looked stellar to me. After a handful of months, I found a flip that made me excited. Chris was 100% honest during the walkthrough and pointed out all of the underlying flaws and issues I didn’t see behind the shiny new sparkly everything. I chose to keep looking because I knew Chris wasn’t going to push me into just any sale. After putting an accepted offer in on a house and getting a poor inspection back, I walked away and Chris was completely supportive. OFFERS! You’ll be hard pressed to meet anyone that writes offers stronger than Chris, especially in the heat of the market. If you want the house, Chris will make magic happen. After getting married we sold my husbands house through Chris, he got us WELL OVER top dollar, helped us navigate the sellers requests with grace and made it such a pain free process through and through. After walking away from another house that poorly inspected with Chris’ support, we purchased a beautiful (and highly sought after) mid century home that had swarms of people bidding on it. But because of Chris and his fancy clauses, we got it! He even arranged with the seller for us to move in the day we came back from our wedding which was a beautiful way to start our new life. Needless to say, we have made close friends with Chris and he’s been there for years now always giving us guidance at the drop of a hat, checking in on us, talking hobbies and just being the amazing, genuine person he is.
