Fantastic experience: I had high expectations after my close friends recommended Katie Kessler for my first home purchase, and boy did she and her husband, Jordan, deliver. They were super patient with me and showed me 30+ houses over 6 weekends before proactively sending me a great house that came on the market 3 hours earlier on a Monday, setting up an early Tuesday morning showing, and getting me under contract by lunch on Wednesday—beating out 12 other offers. Her lender and contractor recommendations were consistently better than those recommended by my network, and I wouldn’t have the house without her lender recommendation. Couldn’t recommend her enough for her expertise, network, and being a genuine pleasure to work with—especially when it was starting to feel like it wasn’t meant to be and I was losing faith in ever finding the right house!

Fantastic experience: I just really wanted to thank Jordan Kessler and his team for the amazing help and support he gave my daughter in working to get our house in Thornton ready to sell after my Wife passed away. It was a year long ordeal that required a major clean-out and a few projects/repairs that needed updating. We had lived in the house over 30+ years so there was A LOT to do - and my daughter was completely overwhelmed. She didn't know where to start, what to do, or how to do the things that needed to be done and after asking around, her friend from college recommended Jordan for help with the Thornton house and another property that I had in Colorado Springs. I'm so glad my daughter consulted with Jordan about the Colorado Springs property and the steps she would need to take in order to get the Thornton house ready to list on the market. Jordan referred us to an incredible team in Colorado Springs to help get that property sold and he and my daughter kept in touch while she worked on the Thornton house. What was SO incredibly helpful was Jordan's recommendations! We had fence, plumbing, paint, carpet, windows and landscaping issues that needed to be fixed or updated and the goal was to get the most bang for buck in listing the house, selling to pay off the double mortgage and having a little left over for his savings account. Needless to say - this whole experience, although stressful from a general standpoint, was made easier by Jordan's kind recommendations and referrals for the work to be done and completed at a reasonable price so we could then have a decent, nice home listed for sale. Jordan and his team are absolute professionals and communication was stellar whether by email, phone or text! He even helped me with Got Junk people and movers. Once minor repairs were made, Jordan and his team staged the empty Thornton house and did a build up to sell. All the photos, marketing and listing was done by their team and in the first 3 days, I think we had over 80 showings! Just incredible! We had 9 offers and the offer we accepted was over the actual listing price which worked out wonderfully! I was surprised that the house sold under a week and we had a closing date within 30 days --- this happened all during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was amazing! Jordan and co are absolutely fantastic to work with and if I have any home projects in the future or have real estate questions, I will circle back with Jordan and his team for help. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin... I suppose I could start by stating that the Carroll team knows what they’re doing, but you’ve probably already gathered that from reading the comments. We’ve used the Carroll team (Katie) on two home purchases and what I believe sets them apart is their “Ive got your back mentality.” On our first home, it was negotiating know how. In 2014, the Denver market was just starting to heat up, making finding a house a stressful ordeal. When we finally decided to make an offer, Katie walked us through what she thought would be a good proposal, and bam! We landed it. Fast forward two years later, we sold that house making 40k+ in immediate equity. On our second home, the people we were buying the house from, used a shady company to list their house. Turns out, that company, was going out of business and was trying to pull a fast on multiple transactions state wide. Katie knowing something didn’t feel right, immediately and without additional cost to us, had her legal team review all of the documents to ensure we were safe going through with the deal. Needless to say, we ended up closing as expected and have never been happier. I know that was a lot to read, but in an era real estate agents are plentiful, you need to know this team stands apart from the crowd

Fantastic experience: Being first time home buyers can be nerve wracking. The Jim Carroll Team was recommended to us, we contacted them and within an hour heard back. They were asking everything that we were looking for to make sure they had a clear picture of what to look for. We looked at two houses on Monday, while looking at the first house Katie mentioned a listing agent she had previously worked with called to tell her she had a house coming on the market. In our price range. In our desired area. Exactly what we wanted. We went to look the next day and it was right next to where we looked at the first house. It was perfect! Fantastic experience: I can not express in one post just how amazing Katie and Jordan were. We had the pleasure of working with them as we were selling our condo, which turned out to be quite the debacle. While selling we got an offer for significantly more than asking however a preliminary test for meth, yes that meth, came back positive.
